1st time visit. They have a walk up counter, a bar, and indoor and outdoor tables. Lady that took my order was really nice. Ordered brisket taco and street corn (on cob). Said it would take about 4 min and that was pretty much spot on. Food was nice and hot and fresh. The brisket was perfectly cooked and seasoned and along with the soft corn tortilla and toppings it tasted delicious. The corn was also on point. I'll def be back.
What happened to this place? This review is based on a visit several weeks ago. This restaurant was our go-to during the pandemic. The staff was friendly, engaging, and the food was incredible. Unfortunately it’s gone severely downhill the last several months, not sure if it changed hands? The super friendly waiters and bartenders we were used to are no longer there, you place your order via the app then some random person just comes and drops food at your table. No “welcome to chop shop”, no personality in any of the service. There are ALWAYS items out of stock, even if it’s early Friday night or a weeknight. No shrimp tacos, no fish tacos, no GUACAMOLE during our last visit.Originally the gasolina margaritas were a show, and poured to the very tip top. Not anymore. Seasonal margaritas are often out of stock.Please bring back the personality back to this place.
I first went when the this restaurant had opened and was fantastic! Every time I visit I see higher prices and lower quality in its foods and ingredients. It’s a shame they couldn’t keep up with the idea they had when opened.
A fun environment, friendly staff, clean and lots of patio options. The food and the drinks were great! Both the happy hour and the regular menu were fairly priced and lots of yummy food! Wpuld definitely be back!
Chips from a bag! No home made chips here. Highly doubt a single thing is freshly made honestly. So salty it was hard to taste anything. Margaritas were weak. Ordering and payment is done from the app. Minimal table service. The location is convenient to the residential area, but it is best just to drive somewhere and not be left dissatisfied. If you genuinely care about the quality and taste of your food go elsewhere.
First visit this weekend and was totally impressed. Tacos, quesadillas, and sides were delicious. Kristen the bartender was super friendly and makes a great margarita. Loved the ambiance and vibe. Can’t wait to return.
Tried to give this business a second chance. They failed . Incorrect order again, we have food allergies. We arriveHome and everything is wrong. We asked no cheese and they gave us cheese on all of the tacos. Called them up, gave us Terrible customer service, and gave a fake email address to send in photos of the order mistakes. Poor food service, but even worse management. Cannot recommend.
Had never been before. I love being able to order from my phone however not what I expected as it was my 1st time. Food was good but it was a but chilly in the restaurant and food came out a little shifty. Everyone was nice though.

Chop Shop has killer tacos, have been there like 5 times now. The crispy fish taco is particularly glorious, fresh and delicious ingredients, too. Try it, you wont be disappointed. The friendly bartenders snd staff the icing.
