If you like a good kick in your tastebuds and you’re a garlic super fan, this is your place! Chicken wings are huge and a lot, more than enough to share between two people. Highly suggest getting their perfectly steamed rice.
The owner, (women) extremely rude and short. I went there once week and every time she’d be short and rude so I stopped going there. However it’s was 9:30pm on a Saturday and my friends wanted fried chicken and they closed at 10pm so I placed an online order and everything was good then TEN minutes later I received a text and email that our order was canceled so we called the girl and she was like we close soon. It’s 30 minutes! This place has been nothing, but negative and rude not to mention poor customer service. So this time, we’re done! I’ve been going there for a year dealing with a sassy attitude and charging me for an extra sauce, but how are you gonna charge me and then cancel my order at the last minute!!! I most likely won't visit again. The snow onion chicken wasn't bad, but not the best (wingstop still wins) & the service is a little concerning. I go in to grab my order and tell the person my name. Pay you mind, I called beforehand to check if it was ready first before I left and gave my name even then. I give the employee my name and he still insists on asking me what the exact order was, I couldn't remember so I just showed him my phone. Before this, I asked if ranch was available because I could not order it online (it showed up sold out), it's as if he didn't hear me, but heard enough to ask me to repeat my full order. He gives me the food and I have to ask again for the ranch (this probably happened 3x). Very obnoxious service.
The food was cold and the mozzarella sticks were cold and hard. The slaw was very bland and the chicken too greasy. The cashier who gave me the food was very inattentive and didn’t even look at me to give me my food. Instead he stared at his phone the entire time. The French fried were hollow somehow. Overall this was not a great experience and we prefer bonchon chicken over this.
The food items were too juicy and tasty, they provided very good customer service.
BEWARE. There was a strong putrid stench emitting in the bathrooms that made me want to immediately gag. After trying the chicken, I could taste that same putrid smell from the bathroom on my chicken and radish. Soon after I went home, I immediately felt sick similiar to what the other reviewers experienced eating at this location. Never again am I coming back here!!
Chicken is good and front desk girl is so helpful. One of my favorite chicken is Snow onion drumsticks. Also, She explained everything while she was busy too.
Stopped by for a bite to eat, lunch special was a great deal. Fried chicken was well seasoned. Definitely will be coming back
Placed an online pick-up order at 9 PM which went through successfully; website said open until 11. Showed up at 9:20 and the lights were off, place fully closed; tried calling and voice mailbox was full. Will have to do a chargeback to get money back.
Over priced food and poor customer service. Only 5 chicken legs for $15.57 with no side. Definitely not going back
