Honestly as a former employee at this king street location please save your money and spend it elsewhere. This restaurant is very unprofessional and unsanitary, the management team also thinks it’s appropriate to talk poorly about their customers in Spanish in hopes that they will not notice. Also they do not give you your money’s worth when it comes to food portions and they absolutely do not care about their customers who spend their hard earned money here. Save yourself the headache and go to another location or somewhere better. P.S the waterfront has great restaurants: )(If I could give y’all zero stars I truly would…ughh disgusting)
Sometimes is good some other times not so much. It’s a hit or miss really. Kinda sucks.This is only based of food taste and portioning.
All these guys are doing is uber eats, sad. Just wait until the offsite delivery only kitchens take all their jobs, how does that bad attitude taste now? 40% unemployment here we come. Also all the customers are unpleasant.
Chipotle is always good, you know that. The service was fast. Some of the tables needed to me wiped down.
Always quick, speedy service at this Chipotle! After a nightmare experience this evening at the Richmond Highway location (waited an hour for a mobile order that never came) I visited the King Street location. Food was waiting for me when I arrive and staff was friendly!
My girl lovr this spot and we frequent alot . No More Chipotle for me..... won't go onto details it was good while it lasted.
This location is a joke. I ordered on a Monday night & they have a sign that says they are out of lids (for the bowls!!!) tomatoes, guacamole… just wait. I get to the end to pay and ask for vinaigrette and they are out for that to!!!!!! Someone else needs to be in charge of inventory clearly. I am never coming this chipotle again. Such a mess

After eating at this establishment today around 1pm lunch time. I ordered 3 hard tacos chicken light toppings. About an hour after getting home I started to feel sick. Running to the bathroom I started to vomit uncontrollably, I was weak and felt nauseous hanging over the toilet. I am assuming it’s food poisoning. Please stay away ? I should have known something was off the front line workers weren’t welcoming and the staff seemed like they didn’t enjoy there job. God knows how they prepare the food!!!!! Beware!!!
Very disappointing service by employee’s. Had requested half chicken and half Barbacoa. The serving employee had requested a refill on chicken so I was given very little. I understand that a half portion is smaller, but the amount given did not suffice a combined full portion. When the replacement portion came, I requested a little more chicken. The employee stated that it would be extra. I tried explaining the situation but the kept cutting me off. I moved on to the toppings and the gentleman kept talking about the incident in Spanish to the other employees. They did not recognize that I spoke Spanish. When it came time to pay, unsolicited, the original server yelled out, “he got barbacoa”. The question was never asked, it was very disrespectful. I wish the employee was able to concentrate on the other customers once I moved on from his station. The employee kept pressing the issue to the point of disrespect. If you care about portions, especially ones crucial to your meal, I would recommend another Chipotle.
