I've lived in Arlington my whole life and my family has been ordering from this restaurant since I was a little girl. Today I placed an order and got a RUDE phone call asking to know how much the tip was for the driver (I guess what I had chosen wasn't good enough) before they would honor my order, so I told them to cancel my order. Needless to say, I'll take my 20+ years of business elsewhere!
Food is pretty good.. ordered there so many times but the customer service there is oh so nasty, lady at the counter always has an attitude, called in to make an order and I asked for the total after giving my card info, She raised her voice and gave the total amount, then she just rudely hung up.
This place has absolutely the worst customer service. I first order from them on Grubhub. After an hour, I had not received my food so I called. The person told me they did not receive my order which was not what the Grubhub site said. I proceed to place my order again over the phone to be delivered. They NEVER delivered my food, and I tried to call but they were closed. This is my first AND last time going to this place. I am beyond disappointed in their service.
Had a excellent experience in here with my girlfriend. The food comes out rapidly and the service is just fantastic. Prices are reasonable.

This spot never fails to deliver. They serve fresh dishes for affordable pricing, there are no long waits even when the place is busy.
Order delivery from China Cafe around 1:13 PM. I ordered a Large Curry Chicken, medium spice, with Brown Rice and Crab Rangoon. The delivery was due 2:07 PM but the driver got there a little earlier than that. He did try to call but somebody let him into the building before I could answer the phone so he met me in the hallway. Only issue was he was talking to me but there was no eye contact. He was on his phone the whole time. I don't really care - I prefer fast delivery to super-polite delivery. But some of you might not like that.
This is a nice family-run carry out. The food is fresh and servings are generous. The lunch specials are an especially good deal.
Love there chicken wings and monbo sauce
I lived across the street from this restaurant for almost a year and never tried them because of the poor exterior appearance. I've ordered over a dozen times and the food has been reliable, especially the chicken wings, chicken and broccoli, and lo mein. The customer service is always friendly, warm, and welcoming.
