I don’t usually leave Bad reviews but some of the staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!we had just came from a long trip! We were exhausted & hungry so we stoped at this chilis, once we arrived & sat we noticed some of the servers constantly looking & staring at our table. My Husband & I felt SO uncomfortable. Do better.

Friday lunch visit. Plenty of parking, no crowd. Traffic heavy. Easy to see from the road. Immediately seated. Eclectic American menu. A lot of interesting lunch combos. Soups came immediately and were hot and tasty. Sandwiches came shortly after. Very nice sandwiches. Tasty. Large.Totally enjoyed lunch.

Ordered classic nachos with beef and thought I got nothing—there were mor hidden under aluminum foil! Make sure you look!!! Also ordered Southwest Egg Rolls. Great food for Super Bowl Sunday!!!

I don't typically leave a bad review without having been to a place at least twice. So this is a compilation of two visits. Both went almost exactly the same. Very inattentive server, no refills, 20 minute wait for an appetizer, 40 minute wait for food, and overall lack of professionalism. On the contrary, the food was good. That was the only good part of the visit.

The food continues to be fresh and well prepared but the attention to service/packing needs an upgrade. I ordered a black bean vegetable fajita and a kids meal. The order was prepared on time and ready for pick up when I arrived at the restaurant. The "reserved" parking spots are also very convenient for rapid pick-up. When I drove back home and opened the bag, i discovered that they forgot to put the actual tortillas or the accompaniments (called "Boat") to make the fajita. I had only he black bean and roasted vegetables. Called the restaurant to complain but did not drive all the way back to pick up the missing items.

We got take-out for the holidays. Everything was still warm by the time we got home. We miss the atmosphere but the food is still a great experience and on the top of our list when we don't want to cook. Thier take-out options, efficiency, and ability to keep up with demand are commendable. We try to do our part to keep restaurants open and enjoy dining out as much as possible. Order to go margaritias are a plus!

Do not order fajita platters, they are a rip off. I ordered one Large and one small fajita platter for New Years for our party. Together that came with 36 tortillas. First I get there and the gentleman loads the food in my van. I always check my order and when I did I was missing half the order. I had no tortillas and no condiments. I also noticed that the platter pans were the same size…not one large and one small. The manager apologized and got the rest of my food bagged up and said that the pans are actually both larges and they had leftovers so I actually got more. I got home and put the meat in a crock pot and was VERY disappointed…there was definitely not enough meat for 36 tortillas. There was more peppers and onions than meat. We were able to fill 20 tortillas that evening with meat which was not even a large (24 tortillas). Total rip off when paying over $100 worth of food. Unless they think 1-2 pieces of meat per tortilla, they are definitely not giving you enough food that they are advertising or that you are paying for.

It was my first time at Chili's and Willie, our server, made it the best visit ever! He was super attentive and the way he described what ingredients was in the food was super helpful. He made sure we were taken care of, he is truly a god among men. They were a bit short staffed but Willie made sure he took care of his tables. The food was also great. #GoWillie

Had a fantastic lunch. The server (sorry, didn't get his name) was great, pleasant and very attentive. The potato soup was everything I expected as was the chicken bacon quesadilla. Have to mention that the chips were a grade or two better than the usual fare. Thanks for everything.

We normally have a great experience at this chili's during the day, however tonight's experience was very disappointing. We arrive and are seated. My husband having to move chairs and tables so my daughter in a wheelchair can be at the table. The lady who seats us tosses menus on table and walks away without a single word to talk to 4 other chili's employees seated at a table near back of restaurant. We sat here for over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. No drinks offered, no be right with you. If this place had been busy it wouldn't have been a big deal. But the fact that I am watching employees socialize while we wait and eventually get up to walk out without ordering a single thing was a little over the top.
