great services and great food.
Memorial Day.I went with my family today and received the worst service. I never seen so poor service in all the years that I have been a client. The server did not get the order right and has to be reminded several times about the items that were missing. The appetizers arrived with the food and 2 extra items arrived when we were done eating. The server never clean the table during our visit and the last 5 sodas that we requested did not arrived. I spoke to the manager and she told me that she only had one server. She did not show any intentions of making our experience a better one. I don’t recommended this place and definitely management and employees needs a better training.
In experienced bar tender. But that should not be my problem, but it was. Ordered the 3 for meal. All my food came out at the same time, so much for enjoying the app/soup be for the meal arrived. But I was glad to have the soup because it came with a spoon to eat it with. While I waited to get the bartenders attention again to ask for silverware so I can eat my dinner that is now cold because it sat on the bar all that time!
The service that was delivered was unacceptable. The two girls working the bar and establishment made direct eye contact and proceeded to ignore our group. When we requested assistance she looked right at us, and turned away.... The other young lady was so focused on rolling utensils and got up with an attitude and had the nerve to ask if anyone sat us. Completely perplexed our response was " no, because neither one of you were at the hostess stand (which at this point we were getting our own menus). She proceeded to roll her eyes, never bothered to apologize or even get our beverage orders. In the midst of it all a bar patron comes in and she over enthusiastically turns to the gentleman and with America's biggest and brightest smile says "Hi sir, how are you today, what can I get you?" ..... Let me also state that the establishment was EMPTY!!!!! No sure how they planned on making tips if they didn't want to even work, or be bothered with tippers.....Naturally we left the establishment took our business elsewhere where that server was blessed with a 100.00 tip for impeccable service.Our medical practice WILL NEVER return to this establishment!!!!!!!
We've visited this same chilis every visit we make out to Alexandria! The food and service is always incredible. It's nice to have a friendly, reliable meal while traveling that always satisfies!
Best Restaurant Fast Seating And Food Usually, The Bar Is A Little Slower Than The Table But That Could Be Because Of The Amount Of People. Otherwise Great Place To Eat
We've have always enjoyed our food at this chili's. But unfortunately this last time was less than tolerable. We ordered two steaks, loaded potatoes, corn, and asparagus. Our steaks were bloody and squishy (disgusting). We asked for med/well. The potatoes had no flavor(tasteless box no name potatoes) gross. The only positive was the corn. It's was hot and sweet. I call the assistant manager regarding this. I was advised that it would be refunded to my credit card. This was a few weeks ago. Still no response or refund. After, that experience we went to McDonald's, the better choice.
Food did not taste right, the meat was undercook and was missing seasonings. Quesadillas were ok.
Too crowded with no social distancing. Waiting patrons within 3 feet of my table. Staff wore masks,, but there was no attempt to keep various. groups socially distanced. Food wasn't that good either. I didn't eat my taco sampler. I left most on plate and hurried to pay my bill to avoid getting COVID. I also saw maskless patrons entering as I was leaving. I held my breath on the way out.
Staff are friendly and service was prompt. Beers were cold and food was hot n fresh. Most other restaurants in the area were closing or closed due to staff but Chili's lights were on. Thank you.
