CAVA in general: excellent price for what you're paying for (especially now with inflation). I don't know if I could beat those prices by much if I went to the grocery store and assembled it myself. Fresh ingredients in a fast, healthy, and delicious meal.This particular store: I'm not sure. I haven't been enough to be able to rate their customer service or anything. I had no complaints during my one visit. I'm also a very easy-going person. So I don't know...
I ordered a lamb meatball pita, pita chips, crazy feta dip, and roasted eggplant dip, and I really enjoyed it. The meat was soft and flavorful. One of the people working here was nice and gave me another duo because I still had more pita chips but used up the first dip. The eggplant dip has an interesting consistency. I would like to go to cava again. I may have the wrong cava location.
My family loves Cava but I find the amount of food you get differs greatly each time at the Kingstowne location. Some people are generous with their scoops and other times, the amount of food barely fills the bowl. I’m a creature of habit so I always order the same thing so it’s quite noticeable when my bowl is barely half filled. I would give 5 stars for the food but I took one off for the inconsistency.
Whenever we order delivery, the portions are always significantly smaller although we pay more for the meal. Ordering in always piles to the lid so it hardly fits, yet delivery sizes are disappointing.Skip the convenience, and order onsite for double the portions.
Used online ordering to order salad bowl - picked-up my order after providing 'evidence' that I placed the order. No problem with that, just keep it uniformed for ALL customers not just a select few - make EVERYONE provide 'evidence'. I returned home but soon discovered a half-filled container and no spicy meatballs. I called the restaurant and was told to drive back to pickup the side of meatballs. Since I HAD to DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK - I decided that my time and inconvenience was more important and simply requested a refund. There's an entire episode that occurred between my request and actually getting my refund but to save you from reading a 'short novel'......I'm confident that I will NEVER visit this establishment again. There are too many surrounding restaurants with great customer service. This isn't one of them.
As someone who has never been to Cava, everything was rushed, and most of the employees spoke too quietly, making it too difficult to understand their questions. I even made it clear I couldn't hear them, yet they didn't make much of an effort to speak louder. With that said, the portions were good, the preparation was done well, and the food was exceptional. I would just ask that the employees speak up, and not try to rush everything and look like they can't care whether it's someone's first time trying out food from their business.
High quality & fresh ingredients. Always timely. Fantastic place for a quick lunch or dinner.
We went right before closing but they still let us in which was really nice, however, the man helping us was very rude and rushed us the whole time. When I asked for salad he seemed very annoyed and barely added any of the toppings I asked for. I usually have two meals worth of food, but this is how much I received this time for $16.32.
I typically go to this location for lunch and one day I left my wallet at home. I asked the cashier if they have Apple Pay which she indicated that it does. I place my order but when I got to the register the Apple Pay technology was not reading my phone. After a few attempts the manager came to assist but unfortunately failed. I offered to go Jaime and come back but he told me don’t bother abs was nice enough to take care of it for me. Excellent customer service!!
Clean restaurant polite staff. The air inside was freezing which in turn made my food cold almost instantly. Food is good just wish it wasn't soo cold.
