Excellent.Funny story:I took my family there. It was 90 degrees but the benches were in the shade and there was no one else there at the time, so the atmosphere was perfect.I had coconut, my wife dark chocolate, son strawberry and daughter vanilla. We each tasted each other's ice creams and later when I asked each which flavor was the best, everyone claimed that their own choice of flavor was the best. Four people, same family, completely different tastes! We enjoyed our time there!

I don't remember a time that I was in Alexandria, VA and didn't stop to have an amazing ice cream at Casa Rosada. It is a real handmade and tasty ice cream. The staff are very welcoming and polite. They have a small space internally, but because the COVID it is closed, and an external in the backyard area with a few tables. Definitely, this is a place for friends and families.

Great Gelato!! I was looking around trying to find some place close during our Visit to DC to get some amazing Gelato. Came upon this place and everybody in my family that had it absolutely loved it. Pistachio and the Hazelnut were my two favorite. Definitely worth a stop in.Thanks.

Amazing gelato!! You get quality and quantity for what you pay for. There's also a beautiful little patio in the back which is awesome!

Absolutely fantastic ice cream! They have several excellent vegan flavors, but the best by far is their vegan pistachio. Truly my favorite spot to get ice cream near DC. Reasonable prices and very good portion sizes. There is a nice little patio behind the store to enjoy your treat in!

Perhaps not the greatest selection as it's a smaller shop, but they are relatively fast and the product is really good. Long beloved by locals. Two small cups and tax come to about $11.

Best gelato in the city. The flavors are so rich and clean; the texture of the gelato is smooth and creamy. It's a little off the beaten path but worth walking one block off King for. Family owned and operated makes it really feel like a neighborhood place instead of a chain that just set up shop. There are so many flavors to try - many seasonal and holiday related ones as well.

It's delicious! And they're so nice!

This place never fails to disappoint. The purest of flavors makes people of all age groups weak in their knees. It's a must experience for anyone visiting Alexandria.

We found this place several years ago while walking around Alexandria. 2022 and it is still there. It is no longer a store, but a to-go window (thanks covid). The owner is so sweet and the Gelato was perfect!!
