These people 3 times given me under cooked chicken they used to be good but quality has dropped alot I know my chicken when it is cooked or not we got other chicken spots been around long time and they never given me raw chicken

Because I can't give 0-starsWe received an incomplete order, what did arrive was incorrect, and when we called we were lied to multiple times by the staff. First, the driver must have stolen it. Second, they didn't read the full order but we could drive over and pick up the missing item. Finally, we were told they no longer had the item in stock but they would replace it and have it out to us with the next driver. Then we were called back and told that wasn't possible and we had to take it up with the delivery company. Because it's GrubHub fault that you don't fill your orders properly before you send them out? No. Not acceptable. Definitely would not recommend. I love supporting local businesses, but integrity needs to be a part of that and lying multiple times doesn't work for me. And sadly, what was delivered was so over-cooked it was very gross. So, epic dinner fail! And customer service fail!You have definitely lost a local customer.--- To the owner who replied "We would like to start off by apologizing for the service. Please be patient with our new young staff as they are still training and learning." Being young and new doesn't account for the multiple lies - one of which came from a manager who was one of three people we were passed off to in this terrible experience. Being young and new isn't an experience for being dishonest with customers. And it seems your management staff models dishonest behavior to the "new young staff" as to what is expected and acceptable behavior.
My bf and I stopped here after a trip to home depot and were pleasantly surprised. The chicken and plantain were delicious. They also have a ton of sides to choose from. Clean and spacious. We'll be back.
Buy local! Food is good and portions are generous. Looking for a menu selection that would be signature dish.
Delicious. Ordered the half chicken with 3 sides and split it (with leftovers). Chicken was moist and flavorful without being salty. Would definitely return
One of the best tasting chickens in the area. Been eating here for years.I am always on the hunt for the best in the area, and this is def. On top of my list. While eating in, we met one of the owners. A true restaurateur. We spoke of his vision to be the best. He genuinely is passionate and caring of his business and customers. We always recommend this location to our friends. Wishing much success to Capital Chicken.
The chicken burrito is excellent. Everything else looks absolutely delicious as well. Courteous and freindly staff. Definitely recommend for a quick bite.
Minor order issue initially, but the situation was remediated immediately by the owner. The pollo soltado was phenomenal.
The food was good at the taste and the temperature was warm. The tables were clean and not too busy just perfect.
