Best hot dog I’ve ever had, zero chance you will disappointed. I got the relatively simple “bacon cheddar dog”, can’t wait to try the poutine and Reuben dogs!

Was really wanting to like this place, as I live really close. Ordered Door Dash for pick up. Pictures definitely show a grilled brioche bun on website, but mine was not. Ordered an extra patty on my burger, but it was missing. I only found out when I already arrived home. Pick up time was marked at 8:09pm. I still had to wait 7 minutes…even though I got there at 8:11pm. Staff seemed confused when I walked in saying I was here to pick up my order. Multiple staff could also be seen packing food, and stuffing their faces in the kitchen, which was in full view during my extra wait. Called to try to notify them of my shortage, but the phone number on file for the King street location was not answering at 8:30pm. Poutine was already cold by the time I got to my car to try a waffle fry before the trip home. I’d chalk all this up to terribly bad management. I don’t mind paying extra for quality prep, service, or ingredients…but this place is way over priced due to what they lack in general prep, operations, and staff training.
$10 chicken sandwich and $4.50 worth of waffle fries. Not great value on either end. We live near but probably won't be back.
Overall disappointed, take the review with a grain of sal because I had high hopes and have seen and read the hype. Was visiting from out of town, so skipped on some of the usual joints to try it.Got the Deluxe burger - the burger itself was quality and juicy. The sauce which was delicious was lacking and didn’t really come through. The brioche bun felt heavy, wasn’t toasted, and too bread heavy. I arrived 1 minute after expected ETA from their service and the bottom bun was basically wet gross. Was lukewarm.Fries, same deal. Underwhelmed. Not crispy and just not enough for $4. Their building is closed so I sat and outside outside at one of the restaurants nearby to eat as quickly as possible - so can’t imagine how it would taste for someone taking it home (probably worse)I called them and told them as much and received a discount. But left really dissatisfied.
Great burgers, terrible pizza
Bunpapa is amazing. The portions chicken sandwiches are huge and the brioche buns are the best. Now my go to for burgers and chicken sandwiches.
This place is pretty epic. If you want a simple menu and phenomenal food, you should check this place out. As the name implies, the brioche buns make just about any option delicious and waffle fries are a perfect side. Save room for dessert and pray they have a butterfinger cookie left when you get there. You won’t be disappointed.
