The most apathetic restaurant manager I’ve ever dealt with (6/5/22).After placing a carry-out order with the restaurant I received a message stating my order would be ready by 6:00pm. At 6:25pm my order was brought out to me however it was missing an item. Instead of apologizing and getting the missing side, they sent a member of the staff out of the kitchen to search my bag and check my receipt to verify I wasn’t lying. Once they realized they forgot some of my food they went back into the kitchen without saying anything. At this point I requested to speak with the manager.When the manager finally came out I told him I’d like to provide feedback on my experience. After explaining what happened his response (and the first words out of his mouth were) “don’t get heated, these are just kids that work here…the oldest is 21.” I told him I wasn’t looking for anything other than to provide him with feedback. He was non-responsive at that point and just kind of smirked at my comments.Needless to say, I realized this manager had zero interest in customer service and seemed more defensive about my comments instead of showing interest on how to improve his team.This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant.
I rated this place pretty high the last time I was in. Unfortunately, my most recent visit wasn't up to standard. My dad and I show up to watch the start of basketball conference tournaments. We waited 15 mins because they only had 2 servers and 1 was the bartender. Not crowded or busy. The waitress was a nice as can be for being so busy. Our food came out sporadically. I ordered an appetizer and then wings and fries. I got my meal before the appetizer. I hope it was just one of those days.
Ordered at 2pm for a 5:50pm pick up. I guess it is my mistake that I assumed that an almost 4 hour notice would be long enough to have our stuff. I get it, it is super bowl Sunday BUT holy cow this is crazy. I am one of about 20 people that have not gotten their online order. Some people have waited over an hour for their food ordered online. They cannot tell us how long it’ll take. You’re a wing place, it’s the super bowl, there definitely should have been some better planning in place on their side.
Ordered for pickup and didn't check my order until I got home. Once I did, realized half of my order was wrong. I received naked wings instead of wings with the sauces I requested. I live about 30 minutes from this location, I tried to repeatedly call the location to inform them and have them fix my order prior to me returning. No one ever answered. When I got to the location, there was nobody at the take out desk. While the place was busy, there were 3 workers ( 2 working and 1 like he was just getting off his shift) heavily engaged in conversation sitting at a table. I had to walk over to them and ask them for help. The worker who works the front desk told me he would be right with me and probably took another minute to finish his conversation. When he finally did decide to walk back over to the take out desk, he was accompanied by another person that walked out of the kitchen at the same time, possibly a manager and Informed both of them about my issue. I was told it would be handled. I waited about 5 minutes and then was brought a bag that had my same naked wings, except this time they provided me with containers filled with sauce. I was beyond frustrated and rather than argue about receiving wings with the right sauce on them, I left and took the containers. Was an awful experience and was completely agitated that nobody answered the phone prior to me getting there.
I ordered my dinner and paid online. I get to the pick up time 6:20 pm, today. The team member at the pick up desk was not aware of my order. Apparently no one was when she showed my ticket to the crew that brings the food up front. I was cool about it when I waited back into my car. The team member said, "yes you can wait on your car. Just come back in 10 minutes". I went back inside 10 minutes later to get my order. On my way out I placed my order down to bench at check in, to look at my order was correct. My fries were cold and stale. I'm a manager, I hire people who NEED their job, because they perform best at work. My decision when I saw my fried was to leave this review and never come back. Customers keep good service going on. This place does not deserve my money/time.
First time here and very disappointed.We order some wing and they were dry. Like if it was cook and put a side and bump in frier to warm them up.We are 6 at the table. And our food came 1 at the time. So first my youngest then10 minute later my oldest. Me my mother in law then 5 minute later again my husband. When we finish and paid, the table was still fool with our plate.my husband was finishing his drink. Never once the waiter came to check on us. To see if we need more drink or more.Now I understand the crazy time we live in , but there is no way to be treating like that. I rather be home in that case and make a better diner and wings still juicy.So I would not come back and make sure to let anyone know about the treatment as well.AD
The food was really good
We went to this place to celebrate my nieces birthday. This is the worst service ever. It took Kalecia a whole hour to bring us your drinks. We had ordered 4 strawberry lemonades and we didn’t not receive any of them. It took almost another hour for us to receive our food. They were not even busy at all. It’s outrageous how they still wanted to to charge us for the lemonades after not receiving them. Food was nasty services was the worst every. I will NEVER come back to this nasty place. Do not recommend!!!
The customer service is bad! The quality of the food ordered was extremely poor, and not edible. After complaining about the qulaity of my purchase the store manager (intials D. R) had offered me a partial refund. My food was either undercooked or overcooked. The french fries were overcooked, and had the appearance of burnt fried potato sticks...DO NOT PURCHASE FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!
Terrible waitress' very lazy and don't check on you during your visit, me & my wife waited 45 minutes for a drink after getting seated at a dirty table. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant go to the next available. They do not deserve your service!!!The picture at the bottom are our nachos were 10.00 and nothing like what we requested.... just overall a terrible experience!!!
