Don't even bother. It's better to drive 20 minutes somewhere else. You'll still get your order faster....
Ordered a cake and they forgot to pick it up.
The Worst Customer Service.There were two women in front of us at the counter getting their orders. The men behind the counter were conversing with them with all smiles, very pleasant. Another employee walks up, stares me directly in the eyes, and NEVER opened his mouth.Once the two women left, the two men carried on a conversation, never acknowledging us. After they finished, one said, “Can I help the next person?”When my friend stated what she wanted, he responded in a disgusted tone. Many of the selections were not appealing, just like the service provided.
Boyfriend and I went to get shakes last night. The store looked liked it was closed from the outside. We pull in to the parking lot and sure enough they were open. We walk in order 2 small shakes and noticed they had the dairy sitting out on the counter, and when my boyfriend asked the African-American employee about it. He said oh well this is the only dairy we have “skim milk” god knows how long it was sitting on that counter, so we ended up getting it thinking maybe it wasn’t sitting out for long. Well we were absolutely wrong. Both my boyfriend and I were in the restrooms throwing up and pooping until 5am. I WILL BE CALLING DUNKIN FRANCHISE AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON THEM TODAY!
The ice cream melted surprisingly fast and tasted s if it had been refrozen..Very disappointing considering I made. Special trip. I have been craving it for about 3 months. ??
The store closes at 10:00pm and we made 20 minutes drive just so we can get there on time and when we get there it was 9:50pm and they were closed already. If you can’t take last minute customers please change your time. It was such a waste of time driving here for nothing
I walk in and one man says hello, and I continue to stand there for a minute or so before being helped. Right behind walks in a family and then a couple. I get my ice cream for my wife and I; there are two registers in this store one on the Dunkin’ Donuts side and one on the Baskin Robbins side. I’m standing on the Baskin Robbins side, and not one worker has the decency to tell me that I should go to the other side to pay. So here I am sitting as the ice cream is melting all over my hand, and I put two and two together since no one told me. I walk over and pay, and I tell the man it was frustrating that no one told me to come over to the other side to pay. By the time I get to my truck, the ice cream is melting so much it was INEDIBLE; I walk right back in and ask for a new cone, since no one was willing to let me know where to pay. Instead of giving me the exact order (two chocolate scoops with a cake cone), he puts it in a cup and tells me that he did not help me because the people who came after me were before me. I told him that no one helped me and watched me stand there waiting patiently to pay. I ruined my shoe because I did not realize the ice cream melted onto it. This is by far the worst customer service and apparently management. FYI this took so long my milkshake was slush when I got back to the truck. So I didn’t even drink it, don’t waste time or money here. There are better places to go.
The guy that helped me out kept on making me uncomfortable by calling me names like “baby” and “sweetie”. I hated it and I was cringing the whole time. Also the ice cream wasn’t that great.
The Ice cream is great. The customer service from employees are horrible. I don't understand why these people work at this establishment if they are rude to the customers. I also don't understand why management doesn't hire better more respectful employees. I have been to this location a few times being that I live in the area and every time I went to this location the customer service is SO disappointing no matter which employee was there. Also, the employees are rude if you ask them anything about the Icecream and other desserts sold. I recently decided to go to another Baskin-Robbins in Alexandria and the customer service was amazing every time I went. This particular location is close to T.C. Williams High School, in case anyone wants to try it out and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I think the Baskin Robbins in Potomac yards can learn something from this location near T.C. Williams High School.
