Very unlike previous Arby's experiences. This location is small, Nasty, unkempt inside the restaurant (no drive thru). An employee was walking around behind the counter, scrolling on cellphone ... the Jamocha shake tasted more like a vanilla flavor; my 2 roast beef sandwiches were prepared quickly and were fresh tasting enough but they sat next to the fry tray because I thought the crinkle fries were being cooked, but they were cold and not fresh at all. First and last visit there- WONT EVER GO BACK!
Literally got a raw roast beef sandwich. That red soaked into the bun is raw meat juice, not any kind of sauce. Hoping I wake up tomorrow not dead from food poisoning
Late-night visit, staff of 2 handled/made orders, Pedro did a fantastic job at the counter coordinating several pick up orders, taking orders/coupons, and answering questions. Note, dining area and restrooms close at 10pm.

I know, I know. Judge me if you want, but this hits the spot every time. Curly fries and double beef 'n cheddar fully satisfy my Arby's urges. Throw in Arby's sauce (lots of the liquid gold), and I am a happy eater. Definitely 5 stars and worth the trip every time! Oh, staff are polite and speedy!
Gyro w/lamb and the Brisket meals are good. Ask if they can mix the regular fries with the curly fries!

Love me some Arby's. Had to take a star off because the physical location sucks. Tiny, old store and no app ordering. Come on Arby's, how about an upgrade? You probably double your business. I know that I would come more often.
The curly fries were hard and tasted like they were cooked in burnt grease. The beef tasted old and near spoiled. I'm NEVER eating at that particular Arby's again.?
