Quiet, clean bar and lounge with full kitchen. Diverse, friendly crowd of mostly locals. "Divey" in a good way. Staff is super efficient and friendly.Update: Slated for demolition in the coming year, but still going strong summer 2022.Highly recommended for anyone who likes a relaxed lounge vibe.
Words cannot express how hopelessly incompetent your bartender is. Seriously: what is so difficult about a 3 straight shot order when two of them are the same? Stop trying to be an actual restaurant and lean into being the awful dive bar that you are. Simple details such as an updated draft list escape your capabilities, and there is absolutely no quality control.Don't flatter yourselves. Your staff perpetuates the most toxic environment around: congratulations! I didn't think bars could be any more depressing but you've exceeded expectations. At least there is an establishment where the worst people in the neighborhood can congregate; it's easier to avoid them all that way.$34 for 3 shots and literally the worst service I've ever experienced? Yeah, you 100% deserve that $0.01 tip and I think you should do some self reflection on why I may have tipped that way. I understand that you're popular, but sometimes success is due to a weak peer group. Be better.
First time visiting the Alley Cat last night(which I did not pick) , and unfortunately it was not a great experience. I should've lowered my standards as soon as I pulled up because the area wasn't well lit, so it seemed kind of sketchy from the jump. Although the atmosphere inside was friendly and the service was decent, we noticed that the place has rodents. ? My friend noticed it first and then I witnessed a mouse scurrying towards the bar! Obviously I lost my appetite and the vibe was totally ruined. Anyway, if you have any standards, I would not recommend.
This place came recommended for the lounge area upstairs, I didn't get to experience it because they didn't open it. We sat at the bar downstairs and ordered drinks and food. The drinks were great and the food was good. I ju wish I was able to see the upstairs I heard about.
Nice bar tucked away in Alexandria, VA. Staff is friendly and drinks are made strong. Food is typical bar food, but good.
A must see hidden gem with lots of regulars! This place is slightly out of the way for most, but boy is it good. Excellent parking, fantastic beer selection on tap ,superb wings and reasonable prices. I'm disappointed that I didn't check this place out sooner!
I would give a 4 star but when I go to leave the bar and they are doubling each drink and charging me for that then I can’t do so. For that reason I leave a 1 star and will never go back there again. Total rip off and don’t advise anyone to ever go there. Thought it was a cool place to go at first…. NEVER AGAIN… my bill should have been 100 dollars but instead 210 before tip… I typically leave a 35% tip but for these guys since they wasn’t willing to fix it then 0% tip sadly I paid the price and was the better man and left but need people to know this. Thanks!!
They have a lot to offer. Pool, dart boards, machine game. You watch any sports especially football. There is a wide range a food from the menu. The food was great. Great bartenders. The overall experience was good. I think you would enjoy your time there.
Redskins bar. Old place, which is very nice and cozy. If you want to go out yet remain secluded and have a drink and food it is a great place.
