Unless you are the pretentious new age yuppie college student who seem self entitled enough to cut you in line..and everyone is ok with that because now you're going to wait even longer because they need to share their trivial inconsequential boring speech about getting married and 'we want to serve your bagels' nonsense..All I wanted was a cup of coffee and a bagel that would have taken 2 minutes... and probably brought much repeat business from myself and my friends who love little places like this
WOW - my daughter told me to try this shop... so glad she did! BEST bagels in BTV - soft, but not too soft (and definitely not doughy) on inside, beautiful crunch on the outside! Sandwich was LOADED with ingredients - they don't chinz. LOOOOVVVE this bagel shop!
We showed up probably five minutes before Willow’s closed but they were so kind and took our order. They brought our bagels out to us at the picnic table and they hit the spot! We had been so hungry, thank you for the nourishing food!
Glad we came here early so can order in-person. Many vegan options, including for cream cheese, eggs and sausages. They didn't post pricing for the create your own menu, so had to ask the cashier.I got the Yashi and sandwich, and asked for vegan egg substitute and cream cheese. The cashier said the egg had to be add-on, but I could get some cream cheese in addition.The sandwich was amazing! Tofu was not too firm or chewy. Vegan egg had great texture and taste. Veggie cream cheese was flavorful too.My friend got the garlic bagel, in which the fried garlic was too bitter for him, so that might be something to watch out for.
Love the many vegan options! We had the vegan lox and a bagel with the vegan veggie cream cheese. All so delicious and the bagels themselves are fantastic as well.

Once again a wonderful breakfast sandwich from Willow's bagels! A little greasy but with that being with "worst" thing, I have no complaints. The service was kind, fast, and professional.To know that Willow's is invested in the well being of their community makes them all the better with their participation in the Everyone Eats program which was spurred on by the Covid Pandemic.I will come back over and over to this company and not go anywhere else.
