A delightful eatery with a variety of food that is well prepared and delicious. Upon starting off in the morning we went to this delightful restaurant for crepes and were not disappointed. Along with tea it was a perfect send off for the day. Staff was extremely polite there to assist if you had any questions. Would highly recommend. Just across the street from the Hilton entering the waterfront.

Delicious savory crepes. Friendly staff. Cool location in a stone building near the waterfront. Walkable from downtown Burlington.

Me and a friend went here for breakfast on a Friday morning. She had ordered a crepe without a certain ingredient. The crepe came packed with the ingredient and she couldn't even eat it. We also got a side of home fries that were either dusted or coated with a maple flavoring. That would have been fine if there was a description on the menu of that flavor being there. We were looking for that so it was unpleasant at the time.

This place was a crepe place but had other foods. We had a brunch/lunch. We plate I ordered was a basic eggs, bacon, and a crepe with a side of home fries. The home fries were overly deep fried potato chunks. Not good. The scrambled eggs were actually worst than the hotel free breakfast. The bacon was way to crispy. The others had a sandwich which was lacking in sheer volume. It was small and not good for the price. Overall, I will not return. I rate it a solid "SUCK" on the "Good-Meh-Suck" scale. Sorry...Was vibrant but not that good IMHO. Good luck!

We arrived at 10:30 on a Monday morning and had to be added to the waitlist. We were told about 30 minutes. The line to speak to someone at the podium to tell them we were there for our table took 20 mins. (there was only one party allowed at the podium at the time, per their COVID rules). We were seated at 11:20. This was our first time in Burlington and it seems that everything (including this restaurant) moves a bit slower than what we’re used to in Upstate, NY. You order from a window and the food is delivered to your table. We ordered poutine, 2 sugarshack crepes, and the breakfast burrito. It took 20 mins to order food and 20 mins to receive our food. Everything was delicious! We have a location near us in NY that we are planning to try.

I always wanted to dine looking lake Champlain when I went to Vermont. Last stay I needed breakfast and stumbled upon this place. It was right across the lake. I took my chances and wasn't disappointed. If you love crepes with variations, THIS IS THE PLACE. oh that day's special was beet and roots hash, yumm...

I am a travel nurse who accepted my first assignment in Boston, Ma. I’ve taken this opportunity to explore New England on my weekends off. If you like the outdoors, God’s great masterpiece, please follow my reviews. I had made the trip to the Stowe, Vt area and seeing Lake Champlain was on my list of sites to see! I didn’t get to spend much time in Burlington and it was cold, but the views were breath-taking, nonetheless! I arrived mid morning and decided to have breakfast at Skinny Pancake, a creperie that prides itself in serving whole, local foods. The food was delish! I had the Deja Vu, sweet and savory crepe, that included sausage, egg and apple and paired it with a serving of their beets & sweets, a mix of beets and sweet potatoes, topped with goat cheese and a honey drizzle. There is a patio with tables and chairs, to sit at, during warmer months, with a beautiful view of the lake! I took a bit of time, after breakfast, to stroll down to a lookout deck, to see the views. I only wish I’d had more time to explore such a quaint college town!

We were here for the New Year brunch. Huge queue and wait time as expected. We got our name in the wait list and were able to secure a table in 30 minutes. We had heard a lot about their crepes, so we ordered veggie monster and Johnny crepes along with side of skinny fries. They were out of Jaffa crepe so we ordered blueberry pie instead for the dessert. I found my veggie option average but my friends really liked their Johnny crepe! Worth a try whenever you are here in Burlington.

I ordered the breakfast monster with a gluten free crepe and it was delicious. I ordered takeout online the hostess was nice and friendly at pickup.

Loved the crepes. The employees are nice. It’s clean and feels roomy. Liked the heartbreaker and the lumberjack.
