Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and worth the (admittedly pricey) cost. The room is gorgeous. Service was impeccable and accomodating. We literally could not have been happier with our experience here.
Great food, great service. My son and I sat at the bar, as we did not realize we needed reservations. We shared the sweet potato nachos. I have the beet salad and he had the seafood soup. We were both very happy with our meals.
I was worried this place would be a little to fancy for us but we enjoyed it very much. We started with seafood chowder and it was definitely the best I have ever had. We both ordered sandwiches and both were enjoyed. Fries on the side were also good.
Burgers were raw (as in uncooked ground beef straight from the grocery) inside. Sweet potato pork nachos barely had any cheese, and the pork tasted bad. This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and woodwork, but the food is way overpriced. Would not recommend.
The Gryphon burger and the Duck quesadilla were both creative, flavorful and overall delish! I opted for the dressed greens over the fries with my burger, and received a pile of lettuce dripping in dressing. Way overdressed, borderline inedible. That is my only critique however- The drinks were good, and the general atmosphere was so cool. Absolutely go here for a cozy and rustic dining experience!
First, I walked in without a reservation, but since I was only one person they were willing to seat me at the bar. The host didn't even notice me for a few minutes because he was on his phone taking a personal call. Once I was seated at the bar it took the bartender awhile to answer any questions or even take my order, even when I tried to get his attention. Once I ordered though I received much better service and the food was awesome! I had the seafood grits starter and the duck quesadilla. It wasn't what I went in there for (the menu on Google is out dated), but enjoyed both nonetheless.

The food was good, however the service was lacking. We had a 6:30 reservation and at 7:30 after we had dinner,, dessert and drinks we were rushed along. We were not there for an overly long time. Wouldn't go again because if we can't sit for a few and enjoy ourselves, We are better off spending our money someplace else.
Nice place. Kinda small, but great food and service.
Stopped in at this restaurant establishment at approximately 7pm this evening. We’ve been traveling for days, lost track of Valentine’s DY, however the hostess was possibly the most unfriendly, discourteous and unquestionably rude human being that we’ve encountered in years. She offered us one seat at the end of the bar and invited the other to “stand and wait until another seat becomes available”. Had the hostess had a modicum of decorum, she would have immediately recognized that the appropriate response to our request for seating was to explain, with kindness, that there was no seating available without a reservation due to the holiday. Instead she was expressly and unnecessarily insolent, becoming wholly and solely the reason for our disappointment and desire to avoid this establishment in the future.
