I was here yesterday with my husband to get food for ourselves and my mom. I suddenly fallen ill from last night and current from eating your food. I'm pretty sure it's from your food because I didn't eat anything else that day. I won't be eating at subway anytime soon you lost me as a customer.
I use to work at subway for 2 years during my high school, and it was shown that meat on one side of the bread, while vegetables on the other. When the sub is. Loved, they are stacked neatly/close to neat on top of one another. Like you see in their display pictures; But what is going on with this place? It's been a few orders and more then enough times to notice these employees cannot even make a sandwich correctly. They place the meats in the center and then just plop the vegetables right on top. In the end, it makes me want to take a damn hot dog and just use their subway buns as a hot dog with all the vegetables on it. It's exactly what it looks like. Do I have to eat it like a hotdog too? Honestly, last two times I have while laughing in the inside that I'm having a gawd damn wanna-be-hotdog sub. VS an actual sub. Who is training these kids? Whoever it is, they need some re-training themselves. So disappointing. I'll start going to a different subway thats 15minutes away versus this one that's 3minutes away. At least they know how to make Sub.
The short brown haired girl with the glasses working this morning was extremely rude and distasteful. I came at 9:05 am and the door was locked. She looked at me at the door and continued doing what she was doing. I understand if you have some things to finish up but it’s -2 degrees this morning. Why would you leave people at the door in the cold when you’re SUPPOSED to be open anyway. Then I came in without a mask, I understand the requirement but she was rude when she requested I wear one and was rude while making my sandwich. I’m over this Subway and will not be returning. Yall close your sandwiches weird anyway. & I’m calling corporate. Thanks.
When I order online my order is never correct. And the last time I ordered the store had no bread.
It’s the worst subway store. The staff is mostly rude and unfriendly. I went with few kids and the 2 staffs were mostly rushing things even with kids, when there were no other customers in the store. One lady made a 6 inch sandwich for my daughter and started billing me while I am still ordering my 2nd sandwich with other staff. When I went to pay using a Subway gift card which I recently bought, their system didn’t accept it(3rd time in last couple of weeks). They always have the same answer, that their system/app is down, and I ended up paying with my credit card again. Not sure how I would recover my $50 which I paid for the gift card. Will probably try another store. I felt like this store in specific didn’t care about what customers want. Not even trying to care, and you would feel like being shouted.

I really like the location. The customer service is really good. There use to be adequate people working in the evenings to handle the customers that walk in. I have visited this location over the last three weeks once a week after 6pm. Due to the worker shortage, food orders are consistent but time to obtain it are longer than expected. Most people appear to understand this and are patient with the staff. Overall the situation is good for now.
The staff were less than friendly and seemed to not really care about the customer. I felt like I was being shouted at and hurried out the door for a simple and non-complex order. My food was made sloppily and haphazardly. Further, both staff members weren’t even wearing their masks correctly while preparing the food. Both had their masks down by their chins. Why even have them on??
I didn't go to Subway, I went to Supercuts next door to Subway. Great haircut at an affordable price!
