My fav location in Burlington. It’s busy, but as are all Starbucks in this state because there are ... ahem... hardly any. Always grateful for the hard work of their Baristas.
Excellent customer service and fun experience from new baristas.
Do not use on weekends. Waited 25 min for a latte. UVM students order online and there were literally 23 people waiting. The in line ordering need to be paused from 9-11. Completel Unacceptable. I’ll back to Dunkin. It’s literally 0.1 miles away. Don’t go btw 9-12 .

The only place in Vermont that has coconut milk!!
I recommend the Starbucks ACROSS the street inside price chopper instead of this one ! They are never very busy and take their time to make it right. This particular location in shaws plaza is always insanely busy with their online / starbucks app orders. Lately they haven't been getting my coffee order quite right and it's happening frequently. There was one time i asked them to make it again but It didn't feel good having to do that .... But when these drinks are $6 I really plan on getting what I pay for. Today i took a chance on them for some dumb reason and I very am sadly drinking my messed up coffee order in my car bc I don't have the heart to complain again.
Covid concerns: the outside chairs and tables at the Shelburne Road location have all been piled up. Not having a place to sit outside forces people to eat inside. Obviously this is more of a Covid problem than to have people outside. Either way, Those eating will not have masks on, but at a socially respectable distance of 6 feet or more outside the risk is minimized. Seems rather ironic to require a mask inside, which I agree with, but not have an opportunity to stay outside and enjoy the good coffee and food.I love Starbucks, but this is rather frustrating.
