Love the cute space and that it’s Guy Fieri approved! Good food, okay milkshakes (makes sense, because it’s all vegan)! Definitely would go again!

I went here for lunch with my kids before a college tour.It was so delicious. My son and I got burgers and my daughter got a dawg. We also got great iced coffees and a side of broccoli with the Thai sauce and that sauce is sooo good! They have a nice indoor seating area and outdoor as well with views of the river. Lots of parking too.

I've made it my personal mission to go to every place where Guy Fieri has reviewed vegan food and Pingala has been on the top of my list for a long time. I can honestly say that my expectations were met and then quickly exceeded. The service was efficient, and even with my food being takeout and packed up accordingly, the presentation was fantastic. I ordered a brunch wrap and when I opened up the container I saw that int came with some fruit, which I was not expecting at all and was delighted to see! The flavors of each component worked so well together. It was exactly the comfort food I needed. Along with the brunch wrap I also got a mini chocolate peanut butter cupcake. Everything about it was perfect: the fact that I could get a little something sweet to finish the meal, the frosting wasn't overly sweet, the cake was tender and baked perfectly, it was packed carefully so it could survive transport (not that it lasted that long), and the cookie pieces on top tempted me to run inside to grab a full sized one to take home.I'll definitely be stopping in the next time I'm in the area and have already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit soon!

First time in Winooski and definitely had to try this little Gem! Thank you for the amazing atmosphere and for the great food and smoothie. Hope to come back soon and visit againLots of love from a fellow Texan!

This place offers one of the few all vegan places I have found in the northern part of the state. They have pretty good food, we enjoy their nuggets and their burgers, our 6 year old LOVES the French toast Puffs and never wants anything else. They make some really good sauces. Their menu does change from time to time. They sell dessert which I am not as excited about, but my husband and daughter enjoy. Overall it's a decent place to eat some good vegan friendly food, though a little pricey.

a vegan dream:hotdogs, nachos, cookies, smoothies, dumplings.urban vibes post-renovation:think treehugger meets graffiti.mindful and deliberate:ceramic mugs for dining-in coffee, repurposed parking signs as food trays.

Nice vegan cafe in Burlington VT

We live in rural VT but crawl out of the woods every once in a while to get some Pingala.I know there’s other good lunch spots in BTV, but I don’t really care. It’s all vegan, but not in an obnoxious or pretentious way.Try it, you’ll probably like it.If you don’t, throw it out. Whatever man.

VEGAN FOOD THAT TASTES GREAT! We went with the loaded nachos and the Guy Fieri recommended Crunchwraps and it was too gooooood! This is the kind of place that makes you feel good about eating right (both for your taste buds and the environment).Even as a non-vegan eater, I tell you this place does not disappoint... try it out!

Really good! We got the breakfast crunchwrap, the buffalo mac crunchwrap, the PB&J shake, and a cookie. Good food! The decor and vibes were cool too, and the staff was kind and helpful.
