This is my daughters go to restaurant on Uber Eats. The pizza is always great. I just wish they had their own delivery service because I know that the profits after uber eats aren't great. Once when I had trouble ordering on-line, they actually helped me walk thru ordering on the phone.
This pizza is OK. I say that because it’s inconsistent. The same pizza one night looks and tastes different the next time we order. The main complaint is their timing. Multiple pick up attempts are never on time. Tonight i ordered with a 20-30 min completion time. I arrived thirty minutes later and was told they need another 30 minutes. When i checked the app i saw they had just updated the time. I arrived 30 minutes later with the app telling me my order is complete and ready to be picked up. When i went to the window i was told they needed another ten minutes. If i had known it would take an hour and 10 min for one pizza i would not have ordered. Final time was 1 hour and 20 minutes.

I have never been able to have their food. I have attempted to order several times and every time I get a message back that they canceled the order! How has anyone eaten here if they cancel every order?!?!?!? Recieved a nice message back from the owner stating the delivery service drivers can cancel the order. Funny, the message says the restaurant canceled. Also, I chose pick-up, not delivery. So, I just called them directly and placed an order. They tell you 45 minutes and you will get a text when it is ready. I receive the text 10 minutes before the expected time. When I arrived the pizza was sitting next to a cold window. Had to have been there at least the 10 minutes. Needles to say the pizza , while not cold, was less than desirable in temperature. Furthermore, when I arrived, I waited at the window a few minutes while the staff talked and laughed before realizing I was at the window. Still 1 star!
attn vegans: this is the place to get pizza in burlington! they also have amazing pasta options. everything we've ordered so far has been delicious, and the staff is super friendly. highly recommend (:
Ordered a large cheese pizza and got a very small margarita pizza. Strange. Shouldn’t have waited on opening the pizza box before driving off. Three stars because dispute the mishap the food was legit. Will definitely give them another chance based on the quality, but hopefully my order is correct next time.
Best vegan pizza in Burlington. Also the pesto primavera is incredible. Very friendly staff and just an overall great place with many vegan options. I don't write reviews often, but I felt the need to since they've now become one of my favorite take-out spots. Highly recommend!
Just ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza which looked great at first, but upon closer inspection we found some chicken that appeared gray in color. We picked these sketchy pieces off and tried to enjoy the rest. An hour later everyone who ate it got quite ill. We called the shop up to let them know about this potentially spoiled chicken. The receptionist was very polite and passed us along to the manager on the phone. When this “manager” got on he assured us that we were wrong and that their chicken is fresh. His attitude was accusatory to say the least, despite the fact that he served food that made people ill. He then offered a refund for the pizza and when we accepted this offer, he scoffed on the other end of the phone and hung up. We were never instructed how we were supposed to receive this refund and he didn’t ask us for any of our financial info so it’s safe to assume we won’t be getting the refund. Terrible “management”. Will never patron again. Also if you’re going to charge that much for pizza then the quality should be there, which it’s not.
They got good pizzas and service is always splendid! Will spot by again you can count on that!
