Went up to Einsteins with a buddy on a sarcastic whim the other day and although it felt like an upscale lounge on a cruise ship, that's might be exactly what this town is missing! Einsteins doesn't quite know what it's identity is but it has a super comfortable and well-adorned entertainment space that hardly anyone is taking advantage of so you get to spread out and take off your shoes if you want, which I did while I enjoyed $4 upper pass drop in drafts and played pool on tables that are in better condition than anywhere else I know of in chittenden county. Don't be scared off by the weird dance club vibes, this place breaks the mold of a typical Burlington bar and is a fun change of pace.
This place had the WORST Bartender, Mya. She is extremely rude and doesn't do her job. The pizza was delicious and I complimented on how good and unique it was. After one beer, Mya refused to serve me a second beer out of jealousy. It ruined my experience. Horrible!

The fact that they have a dress code in Burlington Vermont, a hippie college town, is ridiculous. As long as people don’t stink no one cares what other people are wearing! Given the vague nature of the dress code I can only imagine it’s used to keep out people who you otherwise would not legally be allowed to refuse service. I would’ve gone to your place but I’d never support a business that’s so stuck up they don’t want business from people because of how they’re dressed (or from what glean from other comments the color of their skin). Also your website says you scan IDs. No thank you big brother I’d rather not have you record my attendance; just check my ID like everyone else. It’s too bad it looks like a decent place (although judging from the google reviews it’s actually not) but I’d never spend a dollar at a bar whose owners have such messed up values. Hopefully they’ll go out of business quickly so we can get a place that respects that they’re there to serve the customers and realizes they’re lucky to have the business. Also a lot of these 5 star reviews seem to read suspiciously like advertisements mentioning the same things they say on their website or ads.
