Placed our very first order from Domino’s since we moved to VT a few months ago.Brooklyn style pizza and cheesy bread with spinach and feta.Order was ready on time and we received a $3 “tip” (credit toward the next order) for picking up the pizza ourselves.Pizza was good and bread was a little overdone.Store is rather small and is located on a corner, right by the traffic lights at a busy intersection. There’s a small lot next to the store, road is narrow and they share the parking spaces with the building tenants.That being said, if you’re driving to pick up your order, finding a spot to park can be challenging.
I think having 8-13$ in delivery n tax is ridiculous seen how we already paying so much fir food then have to tip as well!!! I think if yal want us to be able to tip your drivers maybe not have us payin the ridiculous delivery fee!! They always forget my sauces n it's crazy that I even stil order from Colchester ave as one order came with a fly in the pizza I was so disgusted!! Also they stay saying that my apt number is there but I've checked n it there!!
if i could do 0 stars i WOULD. i ordered a pizza and cookie brownie and they said 35 minutes and never came after an hour and a half. we’re still waiting and now the restaurant is closed. this is a ridiculous company and a joke of customer service. i will never be ordering from here again and i advise you all to do the same. thank GOD i didn’t put my card info and was going to pay i’m cash. the employee was so rude on the phone i swear he probably didn’t even put in my order in the first place. joke of a company.
Ordered to my hotel room during a stay in the area. Delivery was fast and my no-contact instructions (to leave the order at my door) were followed. All of the sauces, parmesan packets, etc. were included in the correct amounts. Everything tasted great!

I called and placed my order because the mobile app was down, the employee on the phone said he couldn’t get my price so he put me on hold and I was okay with that. I was on hold for 48 minutes before hanging up and calling back, when they answered I got a rude response for asking about my order, she hung up on me. I understand fast food because I work in fast food but I’d never give a customer a hard time for something we have a fault on.
The dominoes on colchester ave is consistently awful with their service. Claiming I didn’t put my apartment number down and not refunding my delivery fee when I had to go pick it up (sure enough my apartment number was on their. Constantly messing up orders not giving sauces and now I’m waiting 40 minutes while the tracker says they’ve been “quality checking” it. Absolute worse food service I have ever encountered.
Ordered wings and they’ve forgotten the sauce twice which is unusual. Delivery is unreliable but the pizzas are great here.
Pizza Friday as a UVM student is always SUPERB thanks to Domino's. Love love love love love this Domino's because of its amazing service and speedy delivery. I am also gluten free and they have delicious pizza available for me every time. Never disappoints!!!!
