It's never open so I'd give it zero stars if I could. The last four times I've tried to visit at lunch (12 - 1:30) it's been closed. I tried to visit for dinner last night at 7:00 and it wasn't open. If this is due to staffing issues, modest wage increases would ensure sufficient staff. With lines continually out the door, it makes no sense to close the doors rather than pay a competitive wage to workers.Previous to the not being open issues, this Chipotle was notorious for ridiculously small portions where literally only half a bowl was filled. This place has been a mess for the last couple of years. I've been happily eating at Chipotles since the 90's and this Burlington location is BY FAR the worst run I've ever seen. Not even close. Avoid at all costs.
When this location first opened it was very well run. My office just placed almost a $200 order online when they opened at 10:45 (per online and their app) to be picked up at 12:30. Called just before 11:00AM to verify. Showed up at 12:30 to pick up and they had a closed sign on the door with 6 staff sitting inside and eating. Absolutely ridiculous and inconvenient. This location lacks in staff and consistency. What a shame especially coming from someone who loves to order from here. Will not happen again.
The food-fantastic! The cleanliness of the front of house-disgusting. The floor is filthy and the tables are never cleaned. I would love to eat here more often because I like the ingredients quality but it’s just too hard to walk by a gross eating area. It appears that the staff doesn’t want to come from behind the food counter at all. The two stars I gave are for the food. The store ranks a 0 for cleanliness.
Ive ordered here twice, both times were very disappointing. The first time I ordered 2 burrito bowls. One was fine, the other was literally just a bowl of lettuce and cheese (Neither of which Was supposed to be in it). I got a refund from the app and was satisfied.Ordered again today, and they got my order right but both of my burrito bowls were like barely half full. Last time, they were at least full, but this time I got like maybe 1/2 cup of actual food. Very disappointing and not at all worth the money. Not sure if there’s another location in the area but Id go anywhere except here.
Update your hours accordingly. If you are going to close early, make sure loyal customers aren't driving over an hour to get there, only to be disappointed. Super disappointed. Just because we are in the middle of a pandemic and things change from day to day, doesn't mean you have to be so lazy/inattentive to detail that you leave customers having spent time and money to get there, only to find out you closed early. SMDH.
I’m a big chipotle fan but this location is awful. Went with a friend today, he got a bowl and I got a burrito. We both got white rice that was undercooked and crunchy, they’re very stingy with everything, half scoops of beans and meat. However then they did an entire scoop of sour cream, which absolutely drenched it really limited any other flavors. My friends burrito bowl was essentially all rice with half a scoop of beans and meat. Other locations fill it burritos and bowls but this place is just bad quantity and quality. Save your money and find a local place for burritos.
They take orders when closed. Just turn off on line ordering if you can’t be open on a Saturday or Sunday. It’s a parking lot full of outraged people.,
I love driving 45 minutes home after picking up my food and realizing they gave me the entirely wrong order. Luckily enough their customer support gave me a free code to make up for it, but that doesn’t make up for all the other problems…closing and opening whenever, super long lines, disgusting tables…
Ordered online and was closed when I went to pick it up they were closed. Frequently the online orders are wrong and the hours they are open are wildly inconsistent
Website says they are open until 10 on a Monday night. We drive 15 minutes to get here and they have a sign on the door that says sorry we closed early. There are people eating inside and the doors are locked. Who closes 3 hrs early? This has happened twice now. They are terrible with following their own schedule that they have posted online.
