After a horrible experience at another business in the area earlier in the day, we were pleasantly surprised to have the exact opposite experience of that here. There was a short wait to be seated despite empty tables (probably short staffed, I get it), but once we were seated we were treated like royalty. Our server, Christopher, was extremely personable, quick to greet us, hand us menus, and begin taking drink orders; once everything was ordered, he constantly checked in on us, gave us updates on how everything was coming along, and went above and beyond to make sure we didn't need anything. After dealing earlier with customer service employees who hated their jobs and showed it, it was refreshing to have someone who clearly loved his job like Christopher did.As for the food, well, it's an Applebee's, your typical chain restaurant; it's fine. Nothing to write home about, but it was very reasonably priced; if you're looking for something in the area to eat that's safe, this is it...assuming you can find it, that is. This review is all about the service, which was five stars-plus.
First of all once seated service from waiter was top notch. I could not have requested better.On the other side was the wait for seating it was long and arduous. Several pickup orders were handled promptly during that time. Patrons waiting on a seat was not good, and restaurant was not packed. One group left during the wait.Food was good, as expected.
It's an Applebee's. We all know what that means. But server was friendly. Table was clean. And they delivered on the food. probably as good as it could get and we left not wanting more.Im in a hard place of saying 5/5 for an Applebee's and 4/5 for dining per the dollar in a broad stroke.
Great atmosphere....the staff a super friendly/professional...the food is as good as it looks. Will definitely return to this restaurant.
So I went here on Wed March 23rd and March 28th. It was so fantastic and so welcoming by two wonderful people who work here, Christopher and Arianna. Both times they have made sure that my orders were not touch with by any seafood because I have an allergy that requires me to use an Epen. Even the managers here watched very closely to make sure. The cooks are the greatest. Very friendly people and I will be going back more often!!! Great staff!!!
I've been to Applebee's frequently lately and have been very happy ever since. The food is absolutely wonderfully delicious! Most of the wait staff has been very pleasant. Last time our server was a bit rushing as he brought us the check without asking if we wanted dessert and we were planning on getting desert, but he apologized and took that check back, took our oder then brought a new check. I know the staff shortness is horrible and happening everywhere. So overall awesome experience. I came here in October last year, came before new years and after new years, sometime toward the end of January and last weekend. I love trying their holiday themed drinks!

Food is absolutely ?, if getting take out make sure to double check order they always end up leaving something out or not preparing the meal the correct way, in house service is much better staff are friendly, food is more accurately prepared.
AMAZING, great prices very friendly staff along with a good variety to choose from on the menu. Like my burgers medium rare and they nail it every time I end up going.
