Me and my wife always go to this location with out any issues. We did a online mobile order to go on 5/2/22 and we were disappointed. Came home opened our boxes to eat our food and everything was stale from the bread to the fries to the tenders we orders this is my wife’s favorite place she never complains. Wasted about 40$ for old food that wasn’t fresh..
I left a 5 star review on my other account a few months back (copaceticfilms), today I went back and it was amazing as last time. I ordered through the app 3 min before I got there, they were super quick to get my order out, the girl was so nice and they got all my order including the extra sauces I ordered. Love this west valley location. Wish the chicken was bigger and the fries were well done & the coleslaw was filled up but the chicken was hot and the coleslaw was good. Really gave this location a 5 star bc of the service / staff and they didn’t mess up my order and they included all the sauces haha.
When I got to the window they were already laughing I asked the employee if they got my order she said yes that’s correct. I got to the window to pay and they were so laughing and looking at me weird. when I got home my order was wrong I called right away and the same employee answer I told her that my order is wrong . She said well u can come back and get the right order. I told her I can’t come back to see if she can refund me she said she can refund me either I asked to talk to a manager and she said she is the manager and she still kept a laughing on the phone and making fun of my voice. I told her to stop laughing. Told her that I will call back tomorrow morning and talk to someone else she said OK go ahead and she drop the call.
I really prefer Zaxby's over any other chicken joint. They are always polite and get the orders out in a timely manner. I love their bone in wings! I usually get the sweet and spicy sauce with sweet tea.
Some of the better fast food out there and leaps and hounds ahead of certain other popular chicken places. Service is always fast and friendly and food is always fresh.
Now I have heard of this place Zaxby's but I have never ate here before, and tell you the truth it's not bad at all, great place to have lunch, or dinner and to take your family and friends as well. A verity to choose from that's what I like. Check it out foks.
I eat here regularly it's definitely one of my favorite places to eat I love the chicken. Although the app doesn't have the original sauce lately? They always go above and beyond and they remember what I drink ? Love me some Zaxby's!
Fast service! Great tasting chicken fingers and Zaxby Sauce! The only complaint was my coleslaw only seemed about half full. Otherwise great lunch!
Surprised how good the chicken fingers were. A little in the pricier side but the sauces they have here are also delicious.
Been here twice in the afternoon and the girl at the drive through window is so sweet and nice I wish I knew her name. The food comes out fast and it’s always great, hot and well seasoned especially w all the sauces they give you. They never forget any of my order items since I order online and it’s expected but they’re great
