The lobby was disgusting. When we walked in the door someone a had dropped multiple ketchup containers on the floor and was all over the entrance, every table was dirty and food on the floor.We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. They were not the spicy and were super dry. We watched an employee check the trays at the garbage move them to a different location and go back to the back of the restaurant. They were not busy so no reason to have the lobby that gross
I made an order on the mobile app. The order taker argued with me even though I gave them all the info. I won’t be back. I have never been interrupted by a fast food worker until today.
Food is good. Service is slow. They will not have anyone at the register for 10 minutes at a time. Last visit I saw 2 groups leave because no one was taking orders.
Drive thru was slow..but to be fair it was peak dinner 6:00pm time so it was not completely unreasonable. The food was fresh and I did not feel rushed...could use a little more focus on drive thru during those busy times
I typically don't have issues with this Wendy's but when I got home I found this severely under cooked hamburger. Crossing my fingers the one bite that I did take doesn't come with a side of food poisoning. Tried to go back with the proof and ask for a refund and was told I should come back tomorrow. I want my money back please.
Ordered fresh french fries with no salt they gave me old frys with salt okay I get it cheat it whatever well it gets worse called to speak with management Manger was speaking in I told him Ordered frys with no salt and got salt on my frys instead of o come back for a new set the manager hung up on me. Can I number 1 express disrespect!!! And number two not wanting to resolve issue kinda stupid never again this Wendy's ill choose tto resolve isue okay whatever noted. quick before home food don't choose here id rather hoose taco bell of all places
To preface, I am a big Wendy's fan.This one used to be decent, but has been going down hill every year. This last time we went at night, around 9pm.The food was just bad. The burger was burnt, and the topings looked like they were placed on the bun by someone that was standing across the room with a blindfold on. The fries were cold and soggy. The lemonade was good.The service was good, and decently quick.
Edit: Adam made this experience better after my second call back. So I am giving you a 4 star!!! Horrible customer service. Everyone is going through something but being disrespectful to your customers isn't okay especially when the mistake was yours.
I love the Triple meat bacon cheeseburger From Wendy's. Everything at Wendy's is so clean and the workers treat me like a human which doesn't happen alot. I'm so glad Wendy's is non-alcoholic too. Thank you Wendy's.??
I am never impressed with this wendys. They are slower than sloths and are ot attentive or friendly. Went Inside because the line outside was long. Well the lady up front left her post to hand put orders with another guy standing in the back not doing anything. Meanwhile it's a 15 minute wait with no acknowledgement whatsoever.
