This location used to be cool. Now, only the fries are. I reached into the bag immediately after they handed it to us and the fries were cold. Haven't they heard of a warmer? But the salad was warm. As in, the lettuce. I was expecting hot chicken and cool lettuce because this is supposed to be fresh, isn't it? The chicken was lukewarm. How long had this been sitting out? I hope I don't get food poisoning! Sadly, after many years of watching this particular establishment go further and further downhill, we won't be visiting this Wendy's ever again.And now after reading all these negative reviews, I'm thinking maybe the management needs to change. No one ever responds to these reviews. There's no feedback. Nobody seems to care about what goes on at this location. And these "positive" reviews can only be coming from employees/friends/family trying to make it look better than it is. No thanks! ? ?
This is the worst Wendy's ever . For months the dinning room was closed then they finally opened it. I went there yesterday to eat in the dining room only to go back today to find out that there closed . Why are your doors locked? when you have your hours posted why are you not letting customers in who need to eat and don't have a vehicle to go threw your drive threw? . I guess I will start walking or biking directly up to your drivethrew window bypassing your intercom as well great job ?
Hands down the worst Wendy’s ever. Every Wendy’s I have ever been to never seems to amaze me until tonight. My entire order was so wrong that the only correct item in the bag was fries. And the food was cold. The customer service was ridiculous. They handed me my drinks and they spilled allover myself and my car. And instead of offering napkins or offering to help. Their response was “ I told you to be careful”
We went thru the drive thru and were asked to pull up and wait. 15 minutes later we find out they forgot our order! So happy to be eating breakfast as it's now almost lunchtime!
Attention to detail is a minor thing but a must and drive thru's seriously lack it these day's. Apparently the taco salad now comes with crackers? I'm not sure. I can't reach the store by phone to discuss it and I'm not driving 3 miles back to fix it. I can tell you that if I wanted chili I would have ordered it differently and if I wanted a salad I would have ordered dressing. What I have is a $7 cup of chili, some iceberg lettuce and zero customer service from the restaurant. Not good
I've been here twice and both times the window person was rude. I said hello and have a nice night both times and they looked at me like I was stupid. If you work in customer service, please make the customer have a good experience and not a bad one! I was also given the wrong order on my 2nd visit ?
This is the worst Wendy's ever. Their hours are listed until 11pm. Went and waited in line 10 minutes for them to to tell me they closed at 8pm tonight and it was 8:02pm. Have tried to go for breakfast many times "during business hours" and it's always closed. I've even been in the lobby while employees were yelling at each other and arguing over who's job was what. The customer service isnt just non-existent, it's almost like the opposite of what customer service is. I get it, it's tough times for everyone, but just a little effort and positivity can go a long way. I live right by this place, and I'd say I've gone there a total of 10 times. I really like Wendy's food, so I I've let it slide, but 10 out of 10 times it has been a horrible experience and enough is enough. You shouldn't be made to feel like a burden when you decide to give someone your business and are willing to hand over your money. I've always been respectful, patient, and try to be understanding, yet when I leave this place I always feel worse than right before I got there. I usually only write positive reviews but I'm writing this so maybe the owner or corporate can see this. This place is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to and it's not even close. If I was Wendy's I'd take my name off of this place.
Irma and Rita are the glue that hold this Wendy’s together. There is a difference in quality when those two ladies are not at work. These two wonderful ladies deserve huge raises and partial ownership in this location for all the years of dedicated service they have provided that location.
In the drive thru, super slow. I was super patient. Got home with our food and after paying $30, this is how my #12 looked...seriously..what am I paying for, here? It's def not the bacon!
First time getting breakfast at Wendy's. I have to say it was pretty tasty. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant as well as the biscuit sausage, egg and cheese with a side of seasoned fries.
