Literally the best food!! Their tonkotsu broth is the creamiest most flavorful broth I’ve had.the ribeye literally melts in your mouth. Their ponzu and goma sauce is the best around. Me and my husband have been going here for date night for over 3 years! We’ve tried all the other shabu places around slc and nothing compares. The owners and staff are truly amazing and such a fun experience. 10/10 recommended ?

It was so amazing! The food was so good! It was my first time trying Hotpots and fell in love! We had an amazing experience thanks to Jessica who explained everything to us about how hotpots work!

Love coming here with my many family and friends (not sure if I love them more or if I love shabu more). Nonetheless this place always hits the spot and we're ALWAYS willing to drive over 50 minutes to eat here. As long as you give it a respectable amount of time to commute and eat, you should make it just on time. Scrumptious!

I recently moved here, and I have already made this my go-to Shabu Shabu place in Utah! I have had Shabu before in CA and ATL, and this definitely compares in quality and authenticity. If you haven’t had Shabu Shabu before, the owner (Kevin) will kindly explain to you how it all works just as he did for the first-timer friends/family I brought along. Service overall is amazing. I ADORE how they try to make the carrots different shapes (“Boo” for Halloween, hearts, flowers..). The quality of meat is ridiculously good too (check out that marbling). Personally, I like the sukiyaki broth and I change the meat between ribeye, beef belly, and pork belly. Appetizer-wise, I've only ordered the edamame and it's packed with flavor! Can't wait to try more on their menu! If you’ve never had Shabu Shabu before, I highly recommend this unique experience!

Among the easiest 5 star ratings I’ve given - every bite is so flavorful, perfect combination of quality and quantity. We got the lamb and the New York Strip, and both were phenomenal. Can’t wait to come back and try a different meat and broth combo!! Kevin was very helpful with ordering and the best way to get the most out of the unique dining experience!

AMAZING restaurant with the BEST service EVER! I love the sukiyaki broth with ribeye. It is the top tier best combo there is out there. The owners of the restaurant are great. They truly go above and beyond to serve and their food is TOP QUALITY. Highly recommend!!!!

I had the opportunity to have a truly unique and delicious dining experience and will definitely return soon. Kevin was so nice and made sure we had a wonderful experience.

Shabu shabu meaning, "swish swish" is the place to come and try different broths cooked over a convection plate while picking your favorite thinly sliced meats (cut to order) of choice. Vegetables and rice are included as well to compliment the meats. My favorite broth is the Sukiyaki with rib eye beef and a side of pork belly. There are many seasonings to add to your broth for those who like it a little more spicy and flavor ( chili paste made in house, fresh minced garlic, sesame oil, chili oil, green onions, etc). When putting the meats in the broth it cooks almost instantly, when taking out you can put in a ponzu sauce or sesame sauce then eat with the rice and veggies. If you are looking to try and new place especially on a colder day this is a place to go. Kevin the owner is awesome along with his staff. We've come here enough that he greets us by name. Always a great time hanging out here. We might see You there next time.????

This place is by far the best asian hotpot place in the SLC. This is comparable with the best I have been to in the USA. It is not a buffet or all you can eat. You get what you pay for. The beef belly is amazing and I would also recommend the rib eye. We had tonkotsu broth and also sukiyaki broth. The sukiyaki broth comes with a raw egg. From where I was sitting you can see the chef cut the meat with a slicing machine. It is fresh. Vegetables, tofu and Udon come with the meal. Service was great. All the meat and broths were excellent. Even the sauces were on point. Fully recommended.

One of my favorite dining experiences in Salt Lake City. Kevin and the staff are super friendly and fun to talk to if you are sitting at the bar. The food speaks for itself. Amazing flavors and quality for extremely good prices. This is the only place you should be going for hotpot. I recommend the salmon with miso broth.
