Well, it's a Taco Bell.If you're into this kind of food just like me you're really gonna enjoy it cause the quality it's better than in a lot of other places.The only reason for the 3 stars is the bad service, 3 out of the 3 times I've been there the service was bad, some employees treat you like you owe them something and even one time they didn't give me 2 tacos but they did charge me for it, didn't realized until 30 minutes after I was back at home. So, pretty much needs to work on their service but meh, it's a fast food franchise, it's not like I expected anything else.
This place is an absolute joke. They messed my order up completely and when my husband and I went back to ask for them to fix it or to refund my order; the "manager" treated us like we were the ones in the wrong for asking it to be fixed. The lady wouldn't fix our order, nor refund us. When I asked her name, she shut the window on me and laughed in my face. It was the most unprofessional experience I EVER witnessed.i will be contacting corporate in regards to this. I love taco bell but i would not give this place your business. Someone like that shouldn't be in charge. Despicable. Absolutely despicable
this Taco bell is far the worst you can ever go. the staff is disrespectful. There orders are never made correctly. They never add sauces to your order and if they do they give you 5 packets to a 10 item order. Whe ask to add extra sauces they have a attitude. I'd rather go take my business some where else I can get treated with respect and not get a attitude everytime i ask for extra condiments. forgot to mention their fiesta potatos they are so gross, they are all tried up, seems like they just warm them up in the micrwave from the morning or other day. you never know what they put or do with your food. I'd rather take my business some where else, that I'm appreciated.
Meh. This location is pretty quick but pretty much every time I order a pickup from here I'm missing items and my food is made incorrectly. The add-ons don't get put on a lot of the times they don't take out onions or other things requested either. The two times I ordered a Baja blast it was nowhere to be seen.

If I was able to do a negative star I would! My family went and got dinner and first we was missing a burrito so we went to get it and they didn't charge us it. So we went to pay for the other one and my husband tried putting his card in and she says we have to pay at dt. So my husband puts his card on the counter and she kicks us out! So we ask her again to charge us for the burrito and she tries to ban us! And she Informs me she has our card number on file highly illegal!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER GOT
Was there on 12/19/2021 at 5pm.This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. So disrespectful and rude. I ordered a steak bowl with an extra portion of steak. Which I was charged for.When I got home, I wasn’t even given the portion that I I initially paid for. I was also missing my Pepsi.When I went back to ask for my extra portion and my Pepsi I was told I wouldn’t get anything, because “that’s policy”I was asked to either leave nicely, or the cops were to be called. I am a very understanding person, given that I work fast food too. And I know that there are some things an employee can’t control. But, threatening to call the police for something YOU messed up and don’t want to fix? I’ll be contacting corporate. This is completely unacceptable. I have never felt to disrespected and treated so poorly. I wasn’t rude or aggressive. I am extremely, extremely disappointed with management.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Dec,Sat18,2021 at 7:30pm I made one of my orders and then I asked if they had fries and the lady voice said the menu is right in front of me.. Then i pulled up to the window and paid for my order. They gave me a small drink when the orded and what I was charged for was a large. I asked one of th employees to fix it , and he was going to but the little lady witch just walked up and shut the window. Then I pulled up to the parking and went inside and asked for the manager.. The guess whats up?? Lady was the manager and she asked me to leave. And so i did with a small drink.?Thanks Taco bell
It's really frustrating when the hours start at 7am and they flat refuse to open or make any food at that time. Often if I put in an order online I won't get it until well after 8am, over an HOUR after they've supposedly opened. I teach classes at 7:30 or 8:00 depending on the day and I just want a warm burrito beforehand. I guess I'm bringing my own breakfast from now on. This is ridiculous.
Love a good sour cream cholupa.... not its supposed to have steak on it
