We went to this location last night. We had not been to a Taco Bell for a while so we needed to take a little extra time to look at the menu board. A guy came on the intercom to inform us they were on a time clock. There was no one in front of us or behind us in line.We ordered and left. I ordered a taco. When I opened the wrapper I found very little filling and the bottom of the shell almost half way up was soggy on both sides. It fell apart so I had to eat it without the shell.We will not be returning to that location again.
So unprofessional here. The young lady taking the orders didn’t give me her name because she know she was unprofessional and dishonest. The fact that She was withholding my change after I gave her a $20 bill shows how dishonest she is. I sat there waiting for my money but she was just staring at me through the window expecting me to leave..no ma’am I need my change back. And then I had to keep repeating myself because she had AirPods in …if you would take your music out you could hear your customers. But the manger didn’t do anything, they seem like they stick up for wrong behavior. Don’t come to this Taco Bell guys and if you do count your money!!!
My girlfriend placed a delivery order less than an hour ago. She ordered 8 nacho fries for three of us. Our order arrived fairly quickly (the order was placed at 7:04 PM and our food was delivered at 7:11 PM), which was great, but when we opened our bags to check our food (after the Doordash driver had already left) we found 8 bags of nachos in the bag, no nacho fries. The receipt that was attached to the bag clearly shows the 8 nacho fries as part of the order, so we are not sure what happened here. This was obviously very disappointing, as the entire reason we chose to order from Taco Bell today was to get some nacho fries. The quesadilla we ordered was cold and the cheese was not melted; the quesadilla, itself, had also not been cut. My girlfriend was able to get her money back, so that was a positive... probably the only positive thing we got from this experience.
Such disrespectful workers. There’s so many places hiring, if you hate your job leave instead of being miserable and negativeeee. So annoying. Went through the drive thru and within the first 30 seconds of me sitting in the drive thru i was asked if I needed help ordering like 4 times…. After I told her no to just give me 1 minute tops she said I could just go inside to order.. No ma’am if I wanted to order inside, I would’ve gone inside in the first place. Give us ONE minute to order like we just pulled up lol. Anyway, we didn’t ever order, we left and went across the street to McDonald’s and got treated very well and very respectfully by very young teens that know a lot more about customer service than the woman from here ?.
I bought a party pack of soft tacos, side of chips and cheese and nacho fries tonight around 8:50 pm. Let me rephrase that, 8:50 pm on a Friday night… Taco Bell is normally very busy on weekend nights. Let alone coming here - we went into the lobby because the drive through was so busy. We came come home to hard, cold stale tacos, cold very hard fries (just like the thick fries you leave overnight) and hard chewy cold chips. I live less than a few blocks away from this Taco Bell, my food should not have been that consistency. I will continue to drive that extra mile to the Taco Bell on 6200 south and 5534 west. They actually ensure my food is hot and let alone when it’s busy they are fast. Do not come here.
Store was clean. Cashier was friendly. My order was made wrong. They charged for Onions and Red Sauce for 2 Cheesy Bean and Rice but there was none. When I informed the Cashier, a very rude Karen approached saying "them people wanna get free food out of us". All I asked for was side of onion and red sauce that they didn't put. When another employee got the sides, she took them to the back and brought them back. Bad business!
I actually like this Taco Bell this location does very well I would give them five stars but the last three times I went into the bathroom it was disgusting inside the toilet other than that the restaurant and restrooms are clean also I don't like the fact they make doordash drivers who are already in the Drive-Thru go inside the lobby when the food is sitting right there on the counter especially if there's nobody in the Drive-Thru waiting then you have to go inside when they could just hand it to you at the window it just adds more time to the delivery and it's their name on the food that's sitting there getting cold
If I could give no stars I would they messed up my first order then messed up the reorder I paid for extra stuff and didn't even get that never again
The guy running the drive through should really watch what he says to his customers. One day he’s gonna get smart with someone having a bad day
The crew was understaffed, like most other places, so it took a while to get served. However, the shift manager was very polite and friendly. Also, the food tasted good, as we expected it would.
