The workers are usually really nice, the young man who just made my sandwich was extremely rude, also at the end of the transaction when he handed my food to me as I was reaching for it he went out of his way to change his mind by dropping my food and tossing it at me across the counter and me having to catch it before it falls. Disrespectful
Don't bother with this location!!! Ordered 2 sandwiches, they swapped the toppings & dressing between the 2. Called & was told they could remake but I wasn't able to go back until later so I was told she would pass info to next shift. Went to pick up 2 1/2 hours later, was lied to that manager reviewed camera & they were made correctly so they wouldn't replace, called to talk to manager, of course not available & was told they don't have cameras but if I would like to bring the sandwiches back to provide proof they were wrong they would take care of it. Poor customer service!!! Will never go back to this location.
DUDE TOOM FIVE MIN TO EVEN ASK WHAT I WANTED OK WHAT EVER. Kept talking to his homie as he seemed to keep saying and messing up. Had the nerve to ask for a tip you going to TIP me or what. No I am not learn what service is. Sad
Went in to order the family some subs, they had several things they had ran out of and i was told it woukd take 30 min to get things restalked.. Bad management on prepairing meats and veggies filled. The two people working acted like they didnt want to be there, one was hiding in back mostly the whole time while a ling line was forming. So we couldn't even get the subs we wanted due to very bad managment.
A little slow but good quality food and nice people
Normally I don’t leave reviews but I’m annoyed for the simple fact that I really wanted to enjoy this apple juice, I went to subway and wanted some apple juice and I took this and I drank on it and realized it’s been expired for a whole month now.
Staff is incompetent to do anything. They burned the chicken bacon ranch melt we ordered knowing so they said it should be fine. Then took them helping the line before fixing the melt so we could be on our way to get to work on time. Then when they fixed it they put the wrong meat on it. The girl that was on shift ran and hid in the back when there was a line. Doordarsh came in while we were there and had to wait even longer for the order to be picked up. Not to mention their veggies were on the sad side. The lettuce container had more brown then green. Don't worry corporate won't do anything to fix any locations. I have had issues before and it's just the regional manager offering coupons but then never sends them.
The staff was horrible not listening to anything I said kicked me out for no reason!!!! Everytime I order from this one they never do what I say!!!! Would not recommend this subway at all
As a DoorDash driver I’ve never seen such a slow subway. Poor Cole was stuck with a guy that had no clue on what he was doing, Cole has been training this guy for 3 months and still can’t get a grasp on what his job is lol.
Horrible service. Even with a written list ( online order) they still managed to f up the sandwiches The GM ( maddy) completely useless , liar and lazy doesn't like to work or do her job. Only pretty women should have that type of attitude. Kudos to one employee but not maddy.
