We went in Friday and the customer service was non existent, lack of response when talking or taking our order but, the kicker is absolute disregard for health code. Touching the register and going back to food with same gloves and dropped our sandwich on the floor while bagging, picked it up and put it in the bag with the rest that were wrapped like this (pic) we didn't touch the $45 subway lunch . I called the health department.
I ordered a foot long for delivery, when it got delivered it was a 6inch. I called the store and the girl who answered said umm I don’t know what to do. So I asked for a manager once she got on the phone she said I made the sandwich and messed up. She asked if I could come pick up a new one… I told her I did delivery because I do not have access to a car at the moment and asked if she could refund the difference for the footlong to a 6inch she said she can not. So I said you are telling me I paid 20 dollars for a 6inch sandwich which she replied “yep sorry”
Ordered a salad in the drive through and they literally just tossed stuffed in a bowl and called it good. Didn't bother to cut it or mix it. If I wanted a sandwich without the bread and not all of the toppings, I would have ordered a sandwich with no bread or all of the toppings. I only have the use of one arm, so I can't cut and mix it, which was why I ordered something that would be easy to eat. Been calling for over an hour only to get a busy tone. Guess I will just go hungry tonight and will call corporate tomorrow. What a waste of time and money
I came in and there was a line of about six people so I didn’t mind not being greeted. However in the span of 15 minutes in line the two people at the front managed to help a grand total of one person from start to finish. At one point the veggie/cashier person was just standing there waiting because the person assembling the beginning of the sandwiches was so agonizingly slow.I left.
It’s not always easy to to get a something to eat at 3am. Especially… On our way home from a long day. However, this subway tops their charts by making it fast, friendly, and convenient. Thank you West Valley Subway. You’re bad a** and awesome.
This isn’t the first time this has happened but it will be the last. We ordered via the app, picked up, gotten home. Order was wrong. When I called to speak with someone, they sounded offended that I was calling with a complaint but ultimately remade our incorrect order. They wouldn’t offer any other compensation for the complete ignorance and inconvenience they provided. The fact that they cannot read an order correctly and make an offer to make things right is outrageous. They customer should not be the one who pays the price for the failure of service.
Omg they’re so unprofessional and rude. When I called to talk to the manager he hung up on me. Corporate says they will call me back about the incident. I just don’t get why they were being so ignorant about making my sandwich the way I wanted it. If they don’t like making sandwiches for a living than maybe get into a better paying job sheesh! I just wanted my sandwich different and they was making a big deal about it. Will not be returning to this location. They just be hiring anybody now a days it’s crazy.
Good food but make sure to get HERE AN HOUR before hungry!!! Owners must be CHEAP AF, u can see different employees every week!
We tried the drive through, for 2 sandwiches, we were the only people there, and they messed up both of them. They read the correct order back to us so I can only guess they just didn't care to get it right.
The food was great. Only issue at hand, the girl building my 6" sandwich did not pay attention to just a little bit of Spinach and tried to add just three pieces of green pepper and three pieces of onion. That's kinda slim for just regular amount. Not trying to be fussy, but I can get more Onions on a cheese burger at McDonald's. I will visit again with hope of a better experience.
