My go to starbucks they kniw my drink and its kind of complicated. They see my car and more often than not by the time i walk in the door my coffee is already in the works. And by the time im done paying its ready to go.They know my kids and are always amazing to them best customer seevice ive ever had
I went here around 9 o'clock and it wasn't busy. There was nobody in line to order or even waiting for theor order, just some people enjoying their orders at the tables. I was the only person in line with 3 employees and I stood there for more than 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged that I was even waiting at the register to order. I made eye contact with them and I didn't even get a comment about how they would be with me soon. I have never had such bad service at a Starbucks. I left before I even was able to order anything so I wouldn't be late to work.
Great customer service. If you don't mind waiting in line,but it will be worth the wait U love you their Caramel Crunch and White Chocolate Mocca....yummy.....?
My way to start my morning is not scoping ice out of my cup . Ordered easy ice to receive a full cup. Need to start looking at label for instructions not just what drink it is.
Hate their high price coffees that ya have to put a million of creamer and sugars in it to taste right ?
Its Starbucks, it's a point of reference that all coffee shops should compare themselves to in order to know if tour product meets or exceeds theirs. It's a small location and the staff was friendly. The barista did a great job making my coffee, plus the presentation was great too. Digging the Xmas vibes and music.
Valley Fair Mall-On their window for the store hours it says they open Sat & Sunday at 6am and on Google it says they’re open now. I already placed my mobile order that went through 15 mins ago, and their doors are locked. 2 girls in the store can’t even open the door or explain why they’re not open or answer their phone. So ridiculous!
Stopped here on my way to portland. I did what my wife hates. I ask the girl at the counter give me something hot of her choice & a size of her choice. She replied bitter or sweet. Definitely bitter.Suzie great choice. Loved it. Great service.
I choose this specific location because Suzie ALWAYS makes my drink right!(venti iced vanilla latte w/xtra shot of espresso). She's the best barista!Thank you Suzie!!?
