This Starbucks was a pig sty again for the third visit in a month , smelt funky. They didn’t put strawberries in my strawberry açaí drink then when asked said yeah were out . So I said maybe put it as unavailable. They got a attitude and said we can’t smh ?♂️ then threw our food on a dirty wet counter top when I brought it to there attention they made multiple excuses not once apologizing . I used to go to this location twice a day it’s really gone downhill. I hope someone can get it in order. As for myself I won’t go to Starbucks again.

I recently just lost my baby 4/13/22 and going thru alot, today while ordering my usual drinks I got alot of backlash and attitude from the workers and due to not being heard how I like my drinks I'm getting angry customers behind me. Remember to always be kind cause you don't know what others are going thru in their everyday life! I tried to talk to the lady manager but also being talked down to by the car behind me. Valuable lesson for everyone to have patience and be kind. Thank you

Great coffee, okay prices, with such competition out there I feel like they need to step it up just a little bit. I don't understand why you cannot buy merchandise through the drive-thru. Obviously I am going through the drive-thru because I do not want to go inside. They should re-evaluate this policy if I want to buy a coffee mug, through the drive-thru, I should be able to do so!
Looks nothing like the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. I asked to get it remade and they didn’t change a thing.
Horrible.. ?No blonde coffee or dark roast.?..Hot coffee was luke warm..? and sooo many coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup.? No wonder McDonald's drive thru wrapped around the building.? I thought I was doing something going to an empty Starbucks
You know I use to be that "Starbucks" person who could count on a good cup of coffee at Starbucks. But to be honest their coffee isn't what it use to be. What I'm referring to is that "taste" telling you, "yes, This is coffee!" I feel they have lost their touch of good ole coffee with too much flavor variants. Don't get me wrong...the originals were the bomb! But they have since gone so broad in those sweet different flavors that the "coffee" is lost. I still will get a cup here if none of the other 3 are anywhere near.
They're reliable. Expensive but you know what you're getting. They run out of stuff these days. Supply chain issues everywhere. But a Starbuck's latte is a Starbuck's latte. When did they quit serving the pink sweetener? I brought my own but had to put it in myself (on top of the foam). Covid thing I guess but like I said: expensive. Bring back the pink.
Every time we go to this Starbucks location we get great service but our drinks taste horrible, our coffee taste like water. No flavor. Maybe if someone could teach then how to make coffee that would be great!
