I love Starbucks…. And I don’t usually give bad reviews.. but ..Today.. I place my order (1) drink before someone else who asked for 5 drinks … when I saw the other people got their drinks and mine was not ready … I went to ask for mine.. and they had forgotten to prepare it! There was not coordination at all between the cashier… who was helping nothing to the young girl in glasses who forgot to prepare my drink … and thinks start running fast until a guy came and start getting the drinks ready! … the cashier and the girls in glasses totally incompetent! First and last time buying in this Starbucks location!

My pops very upset, to start off…they didn’t fill up the cup!!! Second of all it wasn’t even cappuccino it tasted just like coffee not like we asked for!
Been here on different occasions and it's either the order was wrong with no ingredients that were added or modified or the cup is 1/3 drink and straight up ice. I apologize, I hate to give a bad review but this needs some improvement.
Clean had what I wanted I can't complain.
Ewwwwwh gross sludge I will never even think about tasting that coffee again it can't even be considered coffee what is wrong with people don't they know how a cup of Joe should taste
I got there and the guy was taking an order and saw me, and he said “after them I’m not taking no more orders” and I said I’m only here for one coffee and he said “if I take your order I’m never going to finish” NEVER COMIMG BACK!
Very bad customer service arrived and they started cleaning and I had to wait 40 mins just to order I’ve never seen a Starbucks shut down just to clean they don’t even deserve the 1 star I gave them
Coffee's always good.
The employees begin to attend to different hours, sometimes 9 am other 9:30 am and they do not have in sight the schedule to know the hours of attention, they take a long time in the preparation of the drinks
