I'm sure they were short-staffed tonight, but I don't feel it excuses the experience I had. After pushing the button we sat waiting for at least ten minutes before driving off. No one said they'd be with us at any time, no comment on "sorry about the wait". I just feel like communication helps. We ended up driving away because of the wait time.
Mundane and monotone. I got the "do you want fries with that "kind of attitude from whoever ran the speaker box to take my order. The delivery girl didn't even look at me when she handed me my food just kind of stuck her hand up to my window with the bag of food and turned away quickly and walked off. It gave me an eerie feeling like a zombie apocalypse has already commenced and the headquarters is this restaurant! Maybe it was just a bad day for them...... I hope! Beware this could potentially be the first zombie takeover in the USA! Would have liked to at least gotten a little bit of effort from these guys..... That's all I got for this one!
My friend went there, & tried to order a chocolate, chocolate chunk shake. They said they didn't have chocolate ice cream, which on their menu , it said they did. He said she was very rude to him. She also gave him the wrong size shake, & changed the price for more money.. Also there were no whipped cream or cherry on top, like they usually do. Very bad experience at this location.
Really don't understand why this place is still in business. Like can Wendy's start doing chili dogs? We have specialty soda places opening up. Every sonic I go to everyone who works there has a disgustingly horrible attitude. Especially this one. Lady kicks open the door, screams can I help you then mutters your welcome under her breath after not even opening the door all the way to hand me my food. Every location the attitudes are the same. I hate this place and wonder everytime I'm sent here in a delivery genuinely how it's not out of business.
Waited over 25 minutes just to get 2 drinks. T W O DRINKS!. When I was out of patience already, went over the counter and asked them for my drinks, guy comes out walking sooo slowly to ask for my name, while you could see 80% of the employees in the kitchen laughing and deefinitely having a good time joking and leaning on the cooking line while there wass a lot of cars on the drive-thru and lots of cars waiting of the stalls. Then in less than 2 minutes comes out with my soft drinks. Definitely the most inefficient staff I have ever seen on a sonic, making everyone wait on eternal lines while everyone is inside joking and not taking their job serious, let alone trying to work on a rush
If I could put this as negative stars I would. My boyfriend and I pulled into a stall and tried to order our lunch. There was a diesel truck in the drive up that prevented the person from hearing our order. Instead of being patient, the boy got extremely rude to us and then yelled at us because he couldn't hear us above the truck. I have never had such bad customer service. We just ended up leaving without food. Then I called to speak to a manager and they just hung up on me. I wouldn't suggest anyone eat there.
The guy who helped was a real, “??bro” giving me Old recycled food, I tried calling after my 20min drive home they picked up and hung up the phone. With such a good placement sonic is right now in the food industry it’s really sad to see they’re doing little to no effort I’m giving out Quality food
It's sonics, we all know the food is trash and way over priced but we go there cause the slushies shut kids up and are all good with a little vodka. Oh the tots are good.
The soft pretzels are scrumptious ? Not a fan of the cheese sauce at all! Only thing is I've had issues with the screens working and being able to pay without someone taking my card. Sometimes you wanna eat without being bothered ya know.
I understand that we are talking fast food and not some 5 Star exclusive restaurant here - but professional dress is lacking. When we paid for our order in the drive up all I could see was the tummy of the person at the window. She had her jacket pulled back and was wearing a crop top. A little professionalism goes a LONG way.Food was good and service was fast.
