I get that I came in right at the last second, things like this happen when you have a spouse who's ill and really craves one particular thing that's being served at a particular restaurant. However, I was told that they were closed AS THEY WERE SERVING OTHER PEOPLE. I call BS on that. They could have worded it any other way, "We can't take any more orders," or whatever. Any time I worked for a restaurant, we were open all the way until the very last minute, any customers who came in at that time we had to serve. No early closes for convenience, because those were our posted hours. This is awful service.
Decided to take my sister and her friends for some shakes. We ordered and had to repeat the order several times to get it right.Then we waited.And waitedAnd waited......And waited some more.As the drive through is getting in and out within 5 minutes.It was shakes. It isn't that hard.Then 20 minutes later. It said "Mykynsee (or something like that) is bringing out your order".And so we waited.No one came out.And we waited some more.After almost 40 minutes. I push the button again. And tell them I haven't gotten my shakes.Takes another 3 or so minutes and they come out with the shakes.One of them had a hole right through the bottom!Very frustrated. :/
The food and pricing were good. I'm giving 5 stars for the staff! I visited 4-22 around 1030pm. They were a little understaffed and the ice cream wasn't working, but the staff did an amazing job at keeping us informed! They calmly took our order through the drive through since they didn't have anyone to run food out to stalls, and they kindly let us know before we ordered that they couldn't make ice cream. They were very fast and fresh for not having good staffing I was really happy and impressed with our service. I'll go out of my way to come to this location, great service!
M & M Shake, Reece's Shake, All American Dog with tots, Toaster Cheese and Bacon Burger and tots. It was all acceptable. It appeared that there were maybe three people working that afternoon, service was a little on the slow side. But at least our order was verified after payment and was complete upon receipt.Good shakes with a lot of flavors and varieties, getting there for happy hours, shakes and drinks 1/2 off is great. Don't be in a hurry during 1/2 price drinks either
Why do they always take 40 minutes to make 2 shakes? It's happened twice already, don't recommend ?Edit: I ended up just leaving without a refund because when I asked about my order, the lady gave me the worst attitude and told me their "carhopper" isn't there to bring out the orders.
Breakfast was good. Not bad but not super super good.As to be expected with fast food.My main issue is with the things that can be changed and not the base recipes every sonic would use.Its the iced coffee.Its all ice and no coffee. Paying for ice is no bueno.
So the order I got was completely incorrect I asked for specials the person on the intercom did not know any of the specials how are you going to advertise specials and not know what they are. No sauce on my burgers my quote soft pretzel was anything but soft and holy salt. My onion rings I swear there's a whole time on them and I didn't ask for cardboard. Very displeased and when I tried to call it rang and rang and rang. Not impressed
I came here at about 9pm on a Wednesday I believe last week. I just came to get some ice cream which I love from sonic. When I requested my ice cream order they told me they're not selling ice cream right now. Like I know there's a food shortage but not for ice cream come on now. I know it takes time to clean the machines but any job you do takes time. I'll make sure to come around 6pm so the little kids don't get mad about having to do work and clean the machines late
Ordered using the mobile app, waited 10 minutes after time put in for pick up, no cars - not a problem. Problem was the burgers. The patties had a weird beef smell to them and they looked very dark and were like cardboard. The buns were a little firm. Not sure if they sat there for awhile but it was not delicious and tots were are the hard side too. Sad face. Was looking forward to my late night Bite. No condiments in bag either, requested online.
Went here with my boo the other night, and the food was great except for I had to reorder my Cheese fries 3 times because they kept putting chilli on them, it wouldn't have been all that bad except for they made me pay for all 3 orders after they were the ones who messed up. I wasn't even hungry after the 3rd time either, is anyone really?! ?
