Well..was NOT disappointed I surprisingly & happily can say :) First time since the Nations ShutDown & ShutIn .2 1/2 years ago was the last we visited one of my steadily dependable eating establishments The SZ on Redwood. Happy to report the place was clean as a pen! Now, I may be a bit of a Snot when it comes to dinning..I make it a habit to notice everything upon entering & do a 20 second FBI sweep & yes..we have walked out..not here, but plenty of others joints ;( THE BEST TIME TO ARRIVE FOR DINNER, LATE LUNCH IS 4 TO 4:30...after that..you will wait in line, which always moves at a good pace. Nice new & old Menu & items..be sure & take time to read ENTIRE menu. They have Regular, Child, Senior (which offers nice discount..if order off Regular menu be sure & mention while PLACING order that you are a SENIOR ? LowCal & Gluten Sensitive..see on line. Portions same size, not micro cut like other places good size portions of meat & chicken ADELICIOUS Salad Bar including all you can eat options. Fresh ingredients,large amount of choices. 8 dressing choices, Taco Bar 4 soups choices & fresh sliced fruits Also a Taco Bar & last but not least All You Can Eat Hot Rolls or Hot Cheese Toast... my ♥️ And a fun ice cream & other goodies bar ;)Bottle Beer on menu too! DON'T,T FORGET TO ASK FOR TIP CASH BACK AT CASHIER WHEN ORDER..Easier to leave parking lot if park in back..The Westener Beer & Dance club located across the street west side, StateBottleStore..that was located a softball throw south IS CLOSED DOWN..new location past Valley Fair ( Google) Ok, think I covered it all..BUT IN CLOSING..PLEASE..ALWAYS..travel with a vehicle doors locked & windows up a little..When arrive safe at ANY destination..PLEASE CONCEAL VALUABLES OUT OF SIGHT & LOCK ALL DOORS...we sure do make it easy to rip us off & pad these criminals pockets..by NOT at least making it difficult.HELP STOP CRIME ;) i don't want any of you hurt or what you worked hard for stolen :( Have Fun & Enjoy
Very bad experience today they had servers that wouldn't help customers. The food was really old. They had some Taco shell stuff out when we got there but by the time we went to get it they had taken it in the back and said they don't have any. Really lousy compared to how it use to be...
Not bad the salad bar was the best part... The avacado tasted like it had lemon juice on it... Kinda weird... But the rest was decent.
This is the place to go if you want an inexpensive, good steak meal. Who doesn't like steak? ? Some other places may be trendier, but I'm here to eat

Well had steak and all shrimp for 1399 micah was on my ticket and deserves the 5 stars well done micah. Now in bidens mess 1399 is great and smart cause they cant offer me a drink or salad if I wont come in (I recommend the drink and salad) and if it was 1999 I wouldn't not cause they dont deserve it and/or need it but cause u and i also dont have the 20. But more than anything remeber the servers are also paying the 100% increase in gas (thanks obama ) and 50 to 100% increase on everything else so make sure they're help until we can get things back to good.
I had a great experience at this location. Gidget was working hard and always had a smile the whole time. Frank, the manager came over and assisted by bringing me some condiments. Good atmosphere, fast service, great food, and excellent staff. You can't go wrong.I just came back on Friday, Feb 11th, and gave another great experience. Myleigh was excellent, and her attitude and attentiveness were much appreciated as it were very busy. We're going back foe sheezy.
I had New York steak with mashed potatoes & was delicious. Tia was nice ? thank you!
Decently clean, the salad bar was well stocked. We were a large party. They kept up with drinks very well.
The food was good, but felt that the waitress was a little distracted during our service. The staff was friendly though and I will likely still go again in the future.
