I called a head of time and spoke to Brandy (fill in manager) and made arrangements regarding a graduation luncheon.. She was very willing and happy to make arrangements so we could be able to do the luncheon. And believe me i called around and no one was willing. She was amazing with giving me the options of food choices so I could staying with in my budget, and able to feed 15 people nicely. I really appreciated that more than you know, being a single mother and on a budget like the rest of us (I'm sure)She also stated to me that the gratuity would be 20, I told her not a problem I would be more than happy to do that! She spent the time with me over the phone and offered to put together a few items that my group could choose from. I was so excited and very grateful that she was willing to go above and beyond with helping me out, so my child could have a nice family luncheon for her graduation. ❤️However, I ended up calling the restaurant and spoke to the shift manager Tony to let them know that we would be a few minutes later than plan. And asked to speak to Brandy, and he told me that she was just filling in and doesn't work at this location. ?I found out that she was just filling in, and didn't let anyone know of these arrangements, so Tony didnt have clue. I was completely appalled that after all that she said she would do, and give me hope that my child would end up having a nice luncheon. Just as we was planning. Our group showed up and waited to be seated, Tony told me that he would make the accommodations and do his best to make it happen. We ended up getting are waitress named Gaby, and seemed as she was struggling with our table and took a really long time just to bring out water and drinks. Tony was taken care of the table next to us, and NEVER once came over to make sure everything was going good. Most managers would come by to make sure your HAPPY and everything is going GOOD!I get that they was busy, and I understand that he had no idea of what Brandy said she would do. However provided good customer service she offered and is a MUST have.We had to ask for refills, we had to ask for frys we had to ask for the rest of our Dessert, after Gaby walked off from our table when we was giving her our order, so she could go take another tables order.I am NOT in the latest impressed with the service spending close to $200 and would have been more than happy to give a $30 to $40+ tip. But the service wasn't the best, and our service was on snail mode and took over 2 hrs for our food and all.Unacceptable in my opinion! I won't be going back and I will definitely not recommend this Red Robin either. My daughter is a server at iHOP right up the street and I am sure we would have received better service. So I understand what servers and Mangers have to deal with. And was bummed ? with the service we received and even getting 2 of the burgers even was red and not fully cooked and not once was we asked if everything was good and ok.Completely disappointed!!! They could have provided better service because the large table next to us, sure did! Maybe because we are of color the treatment was different ? whooooo knows?♀️
my dad works here as a cook and apparently he wasn't aware of this. Red Robin in Sandy has the same toxic sauces by the way!He brought a burger home yesterday and I did not eat it since ive been burned like this before 3 times from 2 different Red Robins.Post refrigeration unpacking - i smelt Elmer's glue after a careful examination of the burger's sauce. If you take your finger and slide it across the refrigerated sauce - it Shirley is an unmistakable behavior of glue coupled with the unmistaken smell of GLUE!
Good place to eat and decent menu that favors burgers over anything else. My family has had good experiences here over the past 3 visits. The fries and fry sauce are good plus they have a good selection of appetizers. The prices are the only reason I can't give this a 5 star rating. Just a tad high for what you get.
all delicious and. friendly
Where do I even begin. After being told we will get silverware after it’s done being washed, which is better than having dirty forks I suppose, my half hearted, stale bun hamburger finally arrived with the processed American cheese slice, undercooked bacon and dry patty. The appetizer came out with the meal. Mozzarella cheese sticks that had hardened over time. The grilled chicken on the cobb salad was decent tasting but cold. Thank you for the sliver of avocado. Won’t ever be coming back. Thanks to the manager that offered a discount. Ya, a discount. Are you kidding me. I did warn half a dozen people coming in to leave while there was still a chance.
We decided to take the kids out for an easy dinner. We loved the onion tower, it presents so cool looking being so tall. The onions were thick and tasty with the RR sauce. I'm not a fried pickle fan, but the kids devoured them. I tried the Royal Robin burger which has an egg on it. We all had a good time and the prices were reasonable.
My dad and I went to lunch here. It was a Tuesday around noon. The place was surprisingly busy. We really enjoyed our burgers and fries. The server wasn't particularly friendly or extraordinary. But she was good enough. The pricing has definitely gone up since the last time I ate there.
I love the atmosphere of this Red Robin location. It's cozy feeling and a bit more spacious than other locations we've been to. Our waitress was very friendly and upbeat and was very prompt on service. The food was fantastic and overall a really good experience. I highly recommend visiting this location if you're in the area.
I was going to ding it a point for long wait times. But I keep coming back and waiting! Of course the lines got shorter because of Omicron. They'll be back. It's a standard Red Robin menu. The hosts and servers are cheerful and helpful. Lots of sports on TVs. So far, they have always had an Impossible Burger or veggie burger when we wanted one.
Service was good, but the quality of the food has gone down alot. The buns and meat are dry and the new scorpion burger is not spicy at all. My wife ordered onion rings with her meal and was given four rings. A couple years ago was better quality.
