I ordered a pizza last night, from their website. It took over 2 hours to receive it. Then when the lady got there, it was a door dash person. I told her I also had a 2L Pepsi so she called the store, she told me she was going to grab it and it would be about 15 minutes. I sat waiting while the food got even colder and after 1.5 hours she never came back. I then called the store and the gal said her GM was getting off work and would bring it to me on his way home. I then waited 3 more hours and no one ever brought me the 2L. So now I was lied to twice. Just tell me you can’t bring it and you’ll credit back my card. Instead I was lied to twice stayed up very late waiting for him to bring it. Pathetic. Would have been easier to say sorry, credit the account and be done with it. Never ordering from here again.

It took them over 45 minutes to get my order ready. The person tending to the customers was unfriendly and unhelpful. Didn't even checked to see if the orders were ready. Watched the other worked and they were super slow. At a moment there were over 12 people inside the store waiting for orders. I'm never going there again. Rather go to Little Ceasars! Their pizzas are ready and it's super fast. Awful customer service and experience

The pizza was great that’s why giving 2 stars. Customer service was pathetic. However we ordered a pizza with clean cut half pepperoni on one side. They added one piece of pepperoni on one more slice. When I talked to the person he was SUPER RUDE. Didn’t even care to say sorry. Literally told if you don’t want it - I’ll take it back and go to the other Pizza Hut store down the lane. He also was telling me that I should’ve ordered 2 pizza instead of one. Who are you to tell me how many I should be buying ? Really bad service. He told me he will give me credit and I haven’t seen anything yet.

Placed an order to celebrate an employee at our company's last day on Friday 5/6/2022. Ordered 4 pizzas to be delivered by 9:45pm. At about 10:15 the order still hadn't shown. Called and let them know we didn't get the order, the worker asked me what the order was and said she would sent it out again to be delivered by 10:58pm. It got there on time but only TWO of the 4 pizzas were delivered. By that time the store was closed so there ended up not even being enough pizza to feed my crew to celebrate with that pizza. Had to go elsewhere to get enough pizza. Called the next morning and was treated extremely poorly by a "manager" as she called herself. Very disappointed in this establishment and the lack of customer service or care.

I would give it a zero if I could. Preorder for 945pm and nobody shows up and when I call they don't answer. After 40 minis of calling from number on the order I have my friends girlfriend call and they pick up on the 1st call and say it was delivered but on the instructions I said to call outside of the business address. 1st red flag! They retake the order and when it arrives its not what I ordered. I will never order from this Pizza Hut ever again! Worst 65 dollars ever spent!

My first experience with the store was horrendous BUT after reaching out to a wonderful manager, JAN? she changed my mind completely. This wonderful woman calmly listened and sympathized with every word I told her about my horrible experience the night before dispite being the only person on the floor at the time.After I told her all about my experience and let her know how unhappy I was she asked me what she could personally do to make my next experience even better I told her I wasn't interested in ordering from that store ever again and I just wanted a refund. She wasn't able to give me a refund BUT she was able to credit the meal back on my boyfriend's account and deeply apologized she went above by letting us know the hours she would be working for the rest of the week and said the next time we would like to order to please ask for her personally and she would make sure we never had a bag experience again. The fact that she was willing to do anything at all to make me happy as a customer AFTER the horrible customer service the night before really moved me and I agreed and deeply thanked her for turning my experiences upside down. The way she handled negative feedback AND was able to represent her store with such love and compassion was mind blowing and humbling. It gets better from there??? The following day we decided to order again and asked for Jan of course THE BEST MANAGER YOU HAVE was again hard at work and just like old friends she took care of my order and even said she would wait to make sure it went out at an appropriate time even though she was about to clock out. When it came time to deliver the order her and her amazing husband went out of their way to deliver the order personally???She even drew some flowers on the box and captained it with "For the sweetest family and the best customers"I absolutely wish that your WHOLE STAFF was this amazing, She took dinner time to the next level and made it about Family??? We will never hesitate to pick up the phone to OUR FAVORITE store and order from our FAVORITE MANAGER Jan!! That woman is truly a blessing to that store of yours?????

Placed order arrived & call taker never placed order Poor customer service poor communication between call center/call taker & restaurant.

Ordered online and took over an hour before I get a message that my order is out for delivery. Waited 40 minutes and nothing arrived. Tried to call the store and realized they closed 10 minutes before. Then at 10:15 pm (store closed at 10 pm) I get a text saying doordash will be delivering my order. Doordash delivered the food at almost 11 so the pizza was cold. Terrible experience and now when I went to post this review looks like I'm not the only person this type of thing has happened too... Highly recommend getting pizza elsewhere...

I love 5 min. drive from there store. It took over half an hour to deliver. The pizza was cold. I called the manager, he told me they had 60 min. to get it to me. I told him I want happy, I don't like cold pizza and I was going to give an extremely bad review. Without saying another word he put me on hold and left me there

Would put zero stars. Ordered from the app 45 min before store closed. Said it wouldn't be ready till a hour & a half after the store closed. Still took my $$ but obviously I'm not getting my pizza cause the store is now closed. Pizza hut suckd! What a joke!.
