I placed an order for delivery, they brought me the wrong pizza and wrong pasta. We just dealt with the pizza being wrong but asked them to bring the pasta we ordered. They told us it would be 45 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later still no pasta so I thought I’d call to just ask for store credit since it was getting late. No big deal. But then They hung on me three times before I can even let them no it’s fine and they don’t need to bring it, just add store credit. I’ll call in the morning since they can’t just answer & apologize. I get things happen but where is the professionalism? Never even got the pasta.

I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE FOR DELIVERY AT 7:07 PM. AT 7:45 pm I GET A TEXT MY ORDER IS ON THE WAY. 8:27 pm I CALLED AND THE PERSON SAYS MY ORDER WAS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER LOCATION BECAUSE THEY DON'T DELIVER TO MY AREA. I ASKED THIS GIRL WHAT STORE AND SHE HUNG UP! I CALLED BACK FOR 20 MINS AND NO ANSWER! I WAS CHARGED $58 FOR FOOD AND DELIVERY! I GO THE STORE THEY TRANSFERRED TO, THERE WAS NO ORDER! I CALLED THE OTHER STORE BACK AND DEMANDED A MANAGER. HE TOLD ME HE DOESN'T KNOW WHY THE INTERNET ALLOWED MY ORDER BE PLACED FOR HIS LOCATION, AND THEY DID TRANSFER IT. I DEMANDED MY REFUND! The moral of the story is.. WHAT COULD PIZZA HUT HAVE DONE TO MAKE THIS BETTER? NEVER AGAIN! Regardless of the economy now, this was NOT a good experience and the question behind the question for that manager.. "How could I have saved this customer more grief? What could I have done to change the situation?" Poor service and SHAME ON YOU 3500 south and 5600 west Pizza Hut

Terrible service, rude employees, I order a pizza for delivery and when I didn’t answer the door they took it back. Normal thing to do is leave it outside like EVERY OTHER TIME IVE ORDERED from this place. WITHOUT having to request that. The employee that answered my call was rude right away yelling “you didn’t answer the door so we took it back, you can come get it if you still want it”What kind of customer service is that! ZERO STARS.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The phone line took a long time and it hung up twice. In addition what bothered me was the advertisement. I understand your deals but if I want to work there I would ask and not force me to listen to that message for over 20 to 30 minutes awful

This location is very SHORT STAFFED so be sure to be patient with your orders. They got my pizzas wrong but the manger was very helpful and offered me a credit. Great customer service and a very nice manger. :)

I’d give them zero stars, but at least they answered the phone. Called in an order, guy sounded new (no biggie). I went over the order with him for a simple pizza delivered. Said 45 mins. Waited an hour, thought I’d call to check in. He set it for deliver at 9pm. I called it in at 7? They kept asking if I set the time online. Uh, sorry no. I called and I talked to you dude? So now what- better talk with my manager. The manager is completely unsympathetic and said well I dont have a driver and sorry?! Save your money. These employees don’t care about their jobs. It’s sad that if you work there, you could care less about the people spending hard earned money with them as well as the quality of your work on your shift. Tragic.

I ordered on the app. This was around 7pm. The app then told me that my estimated delivery time would be 11:30pm. Four hours later. I then tried calling the store to cancel my order. I was on hold for over 30 minutes with no response. I then ordered pizza from another company. At 9:30pm my Pizza Hut order was finally delivered. I also tried calling Pizza Hut Cooperate to see if they could assist me in canceling the order and they could not. I order pizza for a convenience and it turned out to be such a hassle and cost me too much money since I had to order pizza from two different places.

We ordered the triple treat box and both pizzas were doughy and undercooked. We always get dominos but we thought we’d try Pizza Hut again. So disappointing and when we called the store it sounded like the guy raised his voice over the phone to my dad. We requested another pizza to make up for the first two but the guy said they could do a store credit. After this what makes you think I’m going to come back?! They finally said they’d send another pizza to the house but we’ll see if that actually happens. I hate to leave negative reviews and I myself worked at dominos so I kinda know how it works but this has been so disappointing. Service was rude and more than likely won’t be returning. Not worth $30 for uncooked pizzas and cold bread sticks.

It was the worst pizza that I have ever had. It was cooled and the bread sticks were burned. A frozen pizza would have been better.
