Pizza was well made and ready quickly. I honestly love being able to bake it myself, it’s fresh out the oven every time!If you’re looking to try something new, try the chicken garlic! It’s my personal favorite.The parking lot is a little small but I’ve never had an issue finding a spot to quickly grab my pizza. Pro tip - get the app and order pick up! Makes life way easier.
It's been forever since I've been to Papa Murphy's. I'm certainly glad that I went here to get me back in the groove. I was a walk in & they had a bunch of pre orders to do, but they took care of me so fast that my head was spinning. Great service, super friendly, & terrific pizza. Thank you!!

This review is specifically for only the 5633 W 6200 S, West Valley City, UT 84118 location.Horrible customer service, specifically the manager! She shouldn't be running a store or working with people at all. I'll be sending the recording from the phone conversation that she and I had, over to corporate. Hopefully, she won't get to treat people that way anymore. I used to work at a papa murphys when I was a young adult (a long time ago ?) and we would have been fired for talking to the customer the way she talked to and treated me. It was shocking! Glad there are better ran stores out there because I love the pizza!Go to the papa murphy's on 7200 S 1300 E. They have an amazing manager and staff. They will make sure your order is correct and you will get treated with respect!

Usually no issues with this location - however the last few times I’ve been here I’ve had issues with my order not being where it should be for pickup. That said, they always have my order correct and ready on time. I also like that I can often find coupons in the Retail Me Not app to knock a couple bucks off the final prices.
The customer service was Absolutely outstanding, Great employees !
Usually fast and on point for my order online, but not this time. I wanted the order asap, but had to wait the minimum time of 30 minutes and it still wasn't ready for pick up. It was just garlic bread and I know those are pre-made.
