Ordered for delivery. Driver did not knock or contact me to let me know the food had been delivered. It was left on the porch in the cold for over 10 minutes before I checked the tracking. Completely unacceptable. Drivers name is supposedly Christan S.
We placed our order about 10 minutes after five. We were told it would take 40 to 50 minutes. At 6:30 PM I called the store and talked to the assistant manager Bree asking if we were going to get our pizza. She put me on hold for a while and came back and said ours would be the next one to come out. When I asked who the manager was she said she was an assistant manager, said that a guy named Brian was the manager and hung up on me. At 7:07 PM the delivery guy rang the bell at our house and handed me a very cold pizza. The timestamp on the pizza box was 5:20 PM One hour and 47 minutes from the time the order was taken when it was delivered. Papa Johns at its best! If they were having problems with delivery people I would’ve been happy to go pick it up Terrible service. I should have looked at the reviews online before we ordered. It looks like I am one of many Unsatisfied customers. Now I’m just trying to keep someone else from doing the same mistake.
This is hands down the worst pizza delivery in existence. Leave the address and notes for exactly how to get to the apt, and it’s always late, and the drivers are rude. I decided to give it one last chance and was extremely disappointed. I Can never get in touch w the store. Will not be ordering here ever again. I would leave 0 stars if I could. By the time you actually have the pizza be prepared to be too annoyed to eat it.
Pizza is always good here and good service I will get pizza here again .

Told 25-35 minute wait. After an hour and half it arrive like this and mostly cold. Major disappointment. Had an issue with delay last time we ordered here as well. No easy way to contact anyone to get a correction. Very very bad service.
I called to let the store manager know that I witnessed one of the delivery drivers smoking a cigarette with the windows up while delivering pizza. The manager didn’t seem to care so I figured I would leave a review letting the rest of the people know that they may be getting pizza that tastes and smells like cigarette smoke.

I ordered a pizza this morning online and we thought there was an issue. They refunded my order and sent us another pizza. Soon afterwards we figured out that the error was on our end so we called back to let them know but they still insisted on sending the pizza and refunding the card. They were so kind and generous about it all.
