I asked if someone could wipe a table for me to dine in and they said yeah but it never happened. What makes big corporations think that key to their success will be hiring early high school students? They don't have motivation neither manners why would they be the face of a long time successful company? They offer quantity not quality
Stopped in for a quick meal pickup. Thankfully the server had patience while I familiarized myself with the menu. I was able to use my reusable bag at checkout.The food was awesome! Wish my budget allowed me to eat there more often.Give it a try.
I give 3 stars because my first experience was 5 stars. My second encounter I went through drive-thru to pick up dinner for my family (7:30pm ish), ordered and paid at window, was told I’d have to wait 5 minutes for orange chicken, to wait at front of restaurant. After 20 minutes waiting at front of restaurant and watching dozens of people walking out with their orders, I called supervisor to see what the hold up was with my order. The supervisor said sorry, but needed 5 more minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting for food I ordered from their “quick drive thru service” an apologetic guy delivered our food to our car. Got home only to find out they messed up our order and forgot the rice we paid for. So for second experience plus first, I rate them a generous 3. This store location revealed a weakness to me today that they aren’t always prepared for a dinner rush and don’t double check their orders as they give them to customers. So be prepared to wait restaurant sit down times for drive-thru and double check your order before you take off. Other than those inconveniences I would say Panda food is always yummy.
No, don’t waste your time or money and go to the Taylorsville location. This staff will have you standing around for 15 minutes starting at your food and instead of bagging it and getting you out of there they will help everyone except you. Then forget sauce, cookies and utensils when I specifically requested them. This location is new, and it shows. What a joke.
found something in my food (attached photo below) that was hard and black, the texture was fish-bone like. Glad I didn’t choke on it. Also the rice was undercooked and raw, it was too stale to eat and probably not safe to consume. And the noodles were burnt, pretty disgusting. This place definitely needs to get looked into.Go eat elsewhere and save your time, money, and well being!
READ THIS!! I saw that this place had a lot of bad reviews but decided to go anyways. I'm glad I did! Breanna and Nang were great!! They were kind and helpful and the food tasted amazing! I asked Breanna if they were under new management and mentioned that I was asking because of the bad reviews it's had recently. She said they just opened in November 2021 and that corporate gave them all new employees (so no one with any experience) as well as a new manager! So it has been tough to get things going but things are working out now. And it shows! I saw that they had an employee out pressure washing the parking spots and someone out picking up trash around the restaurant. THEY ARE IMPROVING!! GO SUPPORT THEM!!!
Decided to get lunch here after a quick Costco trip and it was good.Drive thru speaker was broken so we had to order at the window but the wait wasn't long. The drive thru worker was super nice & the food was perfect.The beef and rangoons were just the perfect amount of crispy. (Last time I got rangoons at another location they were dense and rock hard.)I will say that they could have given us just a little more food, I feel like the container should be filled enough that you can't see the bottom before you start eating.
Been here a few times so far since they newly opened. Had good experiences. The last time the cashier only rang me up for 2 of my orders. By the time I took my food to my family at the table after getting drinks I then realized a plate was missing. When I went to get it, the kid said they didn’t charge my whole meal so I thought great, foods going to be cold by the time I wait for the customers ahead of me to pay. The manager Luis sensed my frustation and said go ahead and enjoy. It’s an honest mistake on they’re part which they recognized and acted upon and still have a repeat customer always. Loving this new location cause it’s professional & close to home. Thanks Luis ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Friendly and fairly fast for a togo order with 6 meals. The food was fresh and had to wait for a few things to finish because they were pretty busy. Probably had at least 8-10 employees all working and doing a pretty good job of staying on top of the orders. Prices are reasonable for the quantity of food.
Had a great experience here- went through the drive thru and it was so quick (made it through the entire line, got our food, and left before the car that pulled into the in & out drive thru the same time as we pulled into the panda drive thru had even made it to order!) food was accurate, cooked perfectly, and delicious- staff was kind and efficient. We will definitely be back!!
