Nothing like a little moldy cabbage for dinner. Yum! I asked for half rice half veg and got 90% veg and a couple bites of rice. Also asked for string bean chicken and got orange chicken. Top it off with the order (two plates) coming to $10 more than normal and I will absolutely not be setting foot inside ANY panda express ever again. YUCK!

I honestly wish I could rate this higher... We waited for nearly 5 minutes before anyone took our order. There were at least 5-7 employees walking around doing a variety of things. I even asked if someone could plz take our order and was asked to wait ??? I then provided my medical card explaining my medical condition that requires me to be charged for a child's serving/rate. I received a child's serving size but was still charged full price ?The 2 starts is because:1. The food was hot and fresh2. The store was clean

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this store is the worst Panda Express I've been to. It is not set up to handle the quantity of customers it handles, and as such everything is slapped together. Getting a whole stick of celery, due to hasty and poor chopping is not uncommon. And then at the end of the shift, with 1 hour left til close, they will not make anymore food, and would rather watch dozens of potential customers leave empty-handed. I won't be coming back, despite its close proximity to my home. I'd rather drive to the Redwood store, or even go to a proper Chinese food restaurant.

I've worked food in the past, so I understand not cooking too much before closing, but when you have a line building in your lobby, don't close til 10, and you have no sides with only 4 entrees... As a Panda Express at 8:50! That means you closed early, because you didn't WANT to work. There's a MUCH better location a few miles south east on Redwood Rd. They'll get my business and tips from that experience forward. The excuse I was given was "We don't have any more to cook.", So... Either poor stock management or poor employees... Either way, they should let you all go and hire people that want to earn the wages.

Terrible, everything was so greasy and stale. Rice wasn't cooked, 2 of the drinks I tried to get were just soda water, and they were out of everything I asked for and weren't willing to make it since "they were about to close". If you can't be bothered with serving decent food to customers at 9pm then close earlier. I wasted $27 on greasy stale slop that I just ended up throwing away.

They had a hundred people working but yet so un organized. After putting my order in I stood around with about 10 other people waiting. I finally went up said can I have my food. Won't do that again.

I have never tasted their food sooo good. Really great taste, good job everyone, keep it up.

This is my favorite Panda location. It is close to my house, and despite that there is no drive-thru, most of the time I leave extremely satisfied. After the poor service given at a neighboring Panda, I had a normal, but extremely pleasant experience, bigger portion sizes, service with a smile, and when they ran out of small entree boxes, we were given the larger size at no charge.I expect good service at fast food restaurants, and this location delivers. Other locations should take note.

More than one time I have gone into this location hours before close and they're out of steamed white rice all the time! This is HOURS before close and they simply don't make it. If you're open until 10pm you should be serving food until 10pm. Make a half batch if you want to reduce waste for the evening, don't just not make it. So frustrating time after time.

I certainly appreciate Panda express. Yes, they just move you along in the line, as they are busy. And the hearing back and forth is somewhat hard at times (especially with masks). However, it's good food. Doesn't take long to prepare if they need more. And really isn't too expensive. Whole family likes this place so it's a keeper for us.
