I get eat here sometimes, always love the food. They used to be very short and not welcoming, recently I have been picking up doordash orders from here and their customer service had become so much better and more welcoming, one thing I really appreciate working doordash if you end up having to wait a while if they are waiting in something to finish cooking to get the order you picking up, they almost always offer me a free drink while I wait, this is very awesome if them as sometimes it is much needed.... I get so busy with deliveries that sometimes it's hard to stop to find time to get a drink or even something to eat.... So being offered a drink sometimes is so nice!
Came here 4 different occasions at different times and they are always out of orange chicken and other items. They don't bother to tell you while you're ordering, just after instead of saying "hey, sorry we're out of these items, here's what I have." Some of the most popular things are always out. Wouldn't waste your time going here, as other neighboring locations don't seem to have this problem.
Really good food! But being hard of hearing is tough being there. The people are route yes but I can see why ( the constant demand flow for their delicious food!) I hope they start getting paid more so they may be more willing to give better customer service. The food again is bomb but the service is iffy.
This is what $10 of a medium sized la carte box of their walnut shrimp gets you. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through that’s always backed up for this, just to get a box that was half full! How is this okay? I would much rather drive 2 minutes north and support a local family owned Chinese restaurant and get 10 times this portion for the same price. This is not okay. What a rip off.
Garbage service... I put an order in at 8:00 pm and it said it will be ready for pickup at 8:20... it's now 8:46 and STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! freaking ridiculous.. i am on a time crunch with my daughter getting done with Gymnastics and it's late at night I expected my food to be ready so my kids can eat and get to bed!I will not be getting food from this place again! Management can't keep up with the food as it goes out the DOOR! UNBELIEVABLE.
Most of the time I go here it's pretty spot on with my order, regardless of if I'm walking in or ordering online. They do forget the sauce packets sometimes during rush periods if you order online but it's not horrible.Food tastes good. Staff is fast and friendly. The lines get backed up some times at this location.
If skipping the line is faster then make it faster. I could of gone through the drive thru or even inside and gotten it done but nope placed my order through the app and it took over an hour to get my meals together. One of my family meals was sitting the “hot tray” while waiting for the other meal meaning it is probably cold regardless if it is on the hot tray. I think from now on I will stick to the ones in Salt Lake. For sure will never return to this one again. DON’T COME TO THIS ONE UNLESS YOU HAVE THE PATIENCE AND TIME AND WANT COLD FOOD.
Don't waste your time. I ordered a pick up order that was supposed to be done 30 minutes ago. I sat for 30 minutes in the lobby watching a group of incompetent teenagers giggle in the back. Every time I asked for my order they'd ignore me. After 30 minutes they finally just barely put my order together. I don't know why food delivery services even still partner with this panda express. They're nothing but a huge disappointment with a side of horrendous customer service. The food was cold even though they just put it together. A huge waste of time and money. OH! and the broccoli in the beef in broccoli was raw and inedible.
When you hand out a receipt saying “free entree” they don’t specify that you have to purchase an entire plate then get it as an add on. So you’re still spending just as much $ to give them a ton of your personal information. There was also a hair in my food. I will not return to this panda.
Ordered our food and waited for one entrée to be cooked. Waited for a long time (40 minutes) and had to ask for them to bag and hand us our food. Asked for a manager, but none were available, and then we were told there wasn't even a manager in the restaurant. When we got our food it was barely warm. Poor management. So disappointing! Got there at 4:40 pm and didn't leave until 5:38 pm for take out!
