Food was fantastic, service was a bit poor, wait time wasn't that bad, but when we got seated we continued to wait for 15 minutes to even be asked what we wanted to drink. We went to our favorite place to eat on the day we got Married today and our server acted like it was a inconvenience to her. Not sure honestly when or if we will be returning because it put a pretty big downer on our wedding day and she kinda avoided our table and when we were getting ready to leave and pretty much had gathered our food into the boxes even after burning my fingers then she asks if we needed help boxing the items up when we had just finished boxing it all up. Plus our Daughter had called and they told her that they would surprise us with a free dessert for a congratulations on the big day and we did not get offered or given anything. Sorry but other than the food tasting great ( presentation of food was slightly sloppy) we did not care for the service today. It will be a long time before we come back again.
MELISSA GIVE US THE BEST SERVICE THAT WE EVER HAD IN A OKIVE GARDEN! She was amazing even with the rush because of Mother’s Day….I’m a server in another restaurants and honestly she rock!! She’s the best she even help me with my tiramisu cake for my birthday cause my mom forgot the candles and she offered us some candles she was so cute! Really kind and nice person, food was good as always.
We had a retirement luncheon and wanted to make reservations but they do not do reservations, which is understandable. When I got there at 11:00 to reserve the seats we would need the hostess was cold and uninviting. If I did not have a group of people coming already I would have left and went somewhere else. We wanted to set up little retirement decorations on the table and she was very worried that we were going to sit there before the 11:30 time we said we needed the seats. She said that it would cause the waitresses stress to worry about whether or not we were ready to order.On the other hand our waitresses were amazing they were kind, handled a large group with separate tickets very well and we enjoyed our interaction with them.The food was great and we enjoyed our meal and conversation. I would have scored this place of five had the hostess been someone else.
I love how our server kept giving us refills of soup and salad, without making me feel like the glutton that I am. The online option to get on the waitlist was great and turned a potential 40 min wait at the restaurant to just a few minutes. Also, I wanted to post clear pics of the menu for future reference.
Great service!! We were able to be sat immediately even though it was a Friday night. our server Melissa was so nice and kind to us! food was great and no problems at all! will be back soon!! service was great and i am willing to drive farther for better service like this location. thanks! ?
The dining room look very nice, but the bathrooms are a bit dirty.
The food was delicious, the staff is welcoming and helpful, the cleanliness and vibe of the restaurant are great too. Would recommend.
I love Italian. Italian done right even better. Italian done right in an entire chain of restaurants? Here it is. I can't find a bad restaurant. There's the occasional dirty bathroom after a long night, but an excellent system with excellent results. I got Tour of Italy, and my wife got Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. They were both excellent. I wish I took pictures of the spread.
Dude. Olive Garden, y'all were late getting our order, the lasagna bites were overcooked and why does it look like someone scraped the top of our tiramisu?
Went there for my daughter's birthday and she loves the tour of Italy ?? my wife enjoyed the shrimp scampi (sorry for the spelling lol) I got the chicken ? Marcela. Not so good. Sauce was OK but the chicken it self was chewy and rubbery. Very disappointing for I think 16 or 17 dollars and change. The soup was real goo tho
