Jasmine was extremely helpful and friendly when dealing with a delivery through DoorDash. There was an issue where DoorDash dropped the delivery for no reason. She got it fixed and an employee Emily deliver the food very quick and got us taken care of. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant because of the service. Food tasted amazing too. Very impressed with the whole experience.

I got food poisoning from this specific location Thursday! I ordered the zucchini noodles and pesto sauce with chicken and that was the only thing I ate all day and I was sick all day, night and well into Friday night! DO NOT EAT HERE!

Food is good, great quality and quality. Comes out fresh and hot straight from the kitchen. Only thing I noticed…in a past dine in: your food used to come served toYour table on a real plate with real silverware. Then, when you were done you left a tip and the table/dishes as is and they would clean it up. It was like an express dining option for those wanting service and good food but at speeds closer to fast food drive through. Now, you have to tip up front, Its service in the same plastic container used for takeout + plastic silverware, you self cleanup and it’s up to you to request a lid and bag if you have leftovers. Just seemed like they took something they was already a bare minimum service to squeeze a tip from and made it an expectation for nothing additional max to deserve making a tip on top of the cost but now you pre- tip and still do everything for yourself. Kinda defeats the purpose.

A few of my daughters love the food here but I'm not big on pasta. I have tried a few dishes and I actually really liked them so even if you are not big on pasta, this place has some good options. They even have mac and cheese as well as salads. I would highly recommend this place.

This is a great place most of the time. I order a bbq chicken Mac always. Kylie today mis heard me and brought me a buffalo mac. I ask is this bbq chicken Mac because it looked different. She said it’s buffalo Mac. I say I ordered bbq chicken Mac and she says no you ordered buffalo Mac. She was super rude to me for no reason. I said I don’t want the buffalo Mac. She wouldn’t even take it back. Just said I have to throw it away. She was so rude. Another guy here that was nice but Kylie is super rude and seems very unhappy here.

The person that cooked my food was touching their face and twirling their hair behind their ear... this is why we are in a panny now. No one cooks fast food with good intention... we're not even more attentive in what we do, even with a virus floating around our heads. And the food kinda sucked. The orange chicken tasted like teriyaki sauce...

They definitely do not use the same ingredients as other noodles and company franchisees that I have been too. 2 bowls ordered ----Pad thai was ok. The Wisconsin cheese was some cheap shredded plastic, not even remotely close to what other franchisees serve. I'll stick with ordering in other cities and stay clear of this location, not worth my time or money.

Jan 15th at 6:17 pm placed a phone order for a 70 dollar bill 40 dollars of that was on gift cards. We went in to the lobby for pick up at 6:20 pm. We checked into the cashier and gave her the name on the order she told us it will be ready shortly. We waited until 6:50 then asked what was going on. They completely forgot we was there and didn’t have the order ready. By 7:08 they started to ring us up the nice manager give us 12 dollars off for the inconvenience.Marking the total come to 58 dollars … 40 dollars of gift cards took it down to 11 dollars and change with the tax difference being less. We got home to begin to have dinner with cold noodles ( will add that the meat balls was way yummy ) we was notified by a text alert that possible fraudulent charges was applied to the debit card used for the transaction. We looked at there was duplicates charges ran from the west valley noodles and company cashier. Total came to $36.56 then another 36.56 then another 36.56 plus 30.09 plus 11.15Coming to a total of $150.92For something that should have cost 11.15That 11.15 is what was on the receipt but the bank statement shows the 150.92 combined totalWe politely called to speak to a manager they transferred us to 3 different shift leads giving us the run around and not helping us telling us that it’s our fault and that the bank will just hold on to it for 3 to 5 businesses daysWe asked to speak to jasmine the branch manager she told us she would call us in 10 minsShe never called we was told Sam (store manager would call us in 5 minsThen sorry Samm’s busy but will call us in 15 minsIt’s 845 pm by this point of the run aroundWe emailed bank statements to the managers who said they see it according to the 3 shift leads who passed the phone around giving us complete run around.By 8:56 pm the last shift lead got attitude and ended the call with no help no reassuranceNearly $150.92 and 3 hours of our time wasted for a $11.15 totalI get it they staff us under staffed and stressedIt’s actually not even the staff working on site that bothers me it’s the fact that jasmine or Sam didn’t have the respect or even professionalism to speak with us or even sent a small email saying they see it and will work on itThat level of professionalism is vary vary lowLet alone after telling us they will call us in a few mins“ I do have the full 40 min conversation recorded “Also I might add that the staff working there might want to learn to use the mute button because we had heard everything she was telling not only jasmine but also SamPart of that was actually not vary professional I won’t mention or repeat the things we hard listened to when we was on holdI get that mistakes happenI don’t get the level of or lack of professionalism in this work place. Placed an order over the phone, waited in the lobby for over 45 minutes.. they charged my card multiple times coming to the total of $187 dollars?! been on the phone for over an hour with them, no resolution so far.
