Went through the drive thru a week ago just ordered a few items checked my bag was missing a hashbrown. Went inside to get it no big deal. Ended up waiting 15 min before anyone staff even acknowledged anyone in the lobby just to get my missing hashbrown . That is complete BS. Today I went inside over 20 min just to get 3 happy meals .

After waiting in line for over 10 minutes we finally get to the speaker and they say that they are closed. This is the second time they've said they're closed at 11, instead of 1 am. It's incredibly frustrating that this keep happening and it's not just this location either. Management needs to update their hours or something because this is stupid that it keeps happening and people were having orders taken.

Damon went above and beyond to make our drive-thru experience a great one, and we still had to wait for some food to cook. We thought we lucked out and got to McDonald's with no line ahead. This meant our order would not be missing anything we asked for. We were wrong. Even after the order was read back to us we were missing a large powerade.Damon confirmed he only saw one on the order, and we looked at the receipt and found when we asked for the 2 powerades, we only had one reported.We thought we'd let it be since we didn't pay for it anyway. Then, all the sudden Damon says, he was giving us a powerade on him.We've missed food in several orders; drive-thru, doordash, etc. , all confirmed on receipt. This time, we didn't have it on a receipt but Damon's decision to make this experience a great one nullifies all the previous bad ones where food was left out. He even made the fries fresh to go, and I needed that to give my daughter for being a jerk to her. Lol.Thank You for making a decision that may seem small to you, Damon, but meant something greater to us!

Terrible terrible terrible service, My order Was Messed up in the manager he didn’t even have the time to me or fix it. I went through at 2 o’clock in the afternoon on a Thursday and the kid taking the order didn’t even know what he was doing, hands down worst McDonald’s ever.

If I could give 0 star ratings I would, this was the WORST experience I’ve ever encountered. We order 2 cheeseburgers and 2 hot and spicy mc chickens and some nuggets. Although I fully understand it takes a little bit longer for chicken to fully cook this was inexcusable. We pull up to the second window and then hand us our drinks that feel super super light. So I check and they weren’t even half full. Let alone completely flat! So we mentioned it to them they said they would get us new ones and told us to pull around the building to wait for a food. So we pulled around and waiting 15 mins for the first bag. Our correct order was on the receipt but the bag of food was completely wrong. And I mentioned it to the guy and he completely walked away. He brings out more food to the car behind us and their order was wrong to. I caught his attention and told him it was wrong so he went to fix it while forget our drinks. This lady comes out and brings our drinks and I tell her our food is wrong. They then proceed to bring yet another bag that was still wrong but gave the first bag to the car behind us. She finally brings our food out and it’s still missing some food. We asked for ranch, we got no ranch along with our drinks we’re still only half full. I’ve never had this bad of an experience with this location this is completely unacceptable and needs to be fixed. Remind you they weren’t busy at all! When we got there only like 3 in drive though.it seriously isn’t hard to get the correct items in the bag.

Bryan took my order and he was absolutely the greatest! He was so super swag and very helpful. His order taking skills are fantastic and he made our night even better.

I didn't give Mcd's 5 ⭐'s only because I always have to remind them if they put my bbq sauce in bag for nuggets because last 2 X's I was there they forgot to ?

Giving a 5 star on customer service. Taking a staraway becuase of not enough employees had to wait a while.

If you are delivering from this McDonalds, you may want to warn your customer, or cancel the order. Expect EXTREMELY long delays. With their lobby closed, and I'm guessing staffing issues, they make all business go through the drive-though. Took close to 45 min to get the food, and it's not like you can get out of the line once you're in it. They really shouldn't be taking mobile or delivery orders if they don't have the staff to run it. Easy fix, SHUT IT OFF ?

Granted it was midnight and they were a little busy but I ordered 2 McChickens, 2 mc doubles & 2 medium fries for a total off like 11.90 or something got to the window and they didn't confirm my order just took payment and handed me 2 large Dr Peppers, 8 mc doubles, and 1 large fry which by the way we're all cold and the fries were terrible. Checked my card and I was charged 20.90 (they also didnt give me a receipt) so I ended up not getting what I wanted and getting charged almost double then I expected! Now I remember why I usually goto Wendy's.
